Imagine an immigrant comes to the US but doesn’t give a shit about American culture because he thinks they’re “special little rituals.” Think about how that makes you feel. You’re the immigrant in this scenario. Italics have denoted sarcasm for as long as I can remember. Just say ok and move on instead of being so difficult

That seems like we need a new "board rule" that states that future posts in that manner require a bold italics. Once implemented we will only tell a small portion of IE and keep everyone else in the dark.
