Cignetti set himself up nicely for a beverage sponsorship after last night.
That must have been well before my time. I was building that baseball stadium/hanging banners w/ Hersh when that campus was just a square block. We went on a college day to IT when I was in 8th grade and the fact that they had a bowling alley in their student center immediately vaulted them to top tier university status in my 13 year old mind.
I’ve always said next year we’ll see how good he is at this. I have to think it was fairly easy to convince all of those JMU players to come with him. That helped build their culture. Next year he won’t have those guys.Yeah I don’t know enough about him but I agree with you here. One of the advantages some claim about NFL over college is the constant recruiting of players. Even after you secure their commitment you have to keep recruiting them. Cignetti has found a loophole of sorts in that he has the resources to attract established players to come in as rentals via free agency. Look at how many kids he recruited to JMU & brought with him to Bloomington. That’s a helluva job of talent evaluation considering they were everything from 0 stars to 2 stars.
fair enoughMaybe but ND lost to two of them already
Ok but for real what is up with all of the chatter the last 24 hours about them cheating? The cheating scandal is gonna be epic
Italics?

Plus @arrowryan hearing directly from a D1 coach that there is knowledge of IU doing this being passed around the B1G.Read the playoffs thread. Pretty good twitter thread on there that lays out how statistically unlikely this is with their talent composite. No direct evidence more an appeal to math and historical data.
Also what are the odds of having opening play interceptions FOUR times to start games?
Nope.
Going from 0-100 in such a short time with no significant injuries.
Also looks like Googan is juicing.
Seems like a lot of SEC fan/media cope to meOk but for real what is up with all of the chatter the last 24 hours about them cheating?
i have two threads bookmarked on X/twitter. Want me to share?Ok but for real what is up with all of the chatter the last 24 hours about them cheating?
It’s a discussion board where we are discussing relevant topics. We’re not sitting here saying “this is the only reason they’re winning.”Cheating narrative has to be the biggest copium I've ever seen. Not sure why I expected better from ND fans. This is QAnon SEC shit
Nevermind. Enjoy all!
IU probably doesn't care about #FIREBUMASS Lane Kiffin with 1,000 followers on one social media platformi don't know the law as well as some others but can IU sue this guy for spreading false lies if and only they didn't do what he claims
An important thing to keep in mind is that interpreting historical data requires context, and what that twitter thread completely failed to do was consider the context of the new transfer/NIL rules + the effect of Covid related age waivers.Read the playoffs thread.
