outside of the heat death of the universe this seems like the best outcome for us, as distasteful as it is. Lets us say we were jobbed because of a close loss to arguably the best team in the country, and Miami seems like a less direct recruiting competitor than Ohio State.

I'm officially pulling big time for Georgia because Ole Miss can't beat Miami IMO

I personally think it speaks more to OSU and Indiana than anything else. My opinion is that the winner of this all is coming out of TTU and Oregon.

Regardless of who you preferred to win, that was pretty much a dominant win by Miami. They were more physical on both sides of the ball. The final drive proof.
On a side note, OSU’s RT was a master of the matador blocking technique.

They're a very different team when you have absolute werewolves up front and can consistently get away with a 3 or 4 man pass rush.
We would not be able to offer that challenge.

I’m so pumped dude. It’s a shame ND was left out of the dance. Should be the best 12 teams. Clearly the difference between #2 and #10 is enough to show that numbers 11 & 12 deserved a chance over numbers 20 and 25 or whatever they were

I was in college station and I’ll be in Phoenix. Going to try to make it to south bend too. Think it’ll be an awesome atmosphere and a great game
Dawgs gotta take care of business tomorrow first. Then a Beck/UGA matchup will be intriguing for sure!!

With the SEC not bowling well and now Miami beating OSU, A lot of teams being exposed… but a lot of unknown being exposed and the need for MORE out of conference games. All these teams are hard to gauge in their own little bubbles.
NIL has created such a broader more level playing field. Sadly the narrative has been to stay in conference and not venture out of conference. You will almost have to broaden the playoff because the margin for error seems to great but greater the more these conferences isolate themselves. The only fix to is to get rid of conferences but they won’t.

My only worry is conferences will not schedule NOTRE DAME in the future.
