I think it's less the use of a butter knife, but scissors plus the fact that he supposedly was saying he was threatening to kill her and himself is a pretty damning statement to make. The butter knife is kind of irrelevant. It's like if I threatened to kill somebody with a loaded revolver in one hand and a rubber chicken in the other.

Man this guy needs to blame CTE, go bang your head into a wall and get that MRI bro. This guy sets up all the traps and just runs right into them. He just puts rakes all over the yard and stomps on the grates to get hit in the face with a stick. You can do these type of things and not get busted like maybe a fake Instagram profile, a burner phone? I wouldn't be shocked if all this was done using his work email that UofM set up for him.

Will be interested to see if Sam Leavitt goes with Dillingham and where that leaves Underwood.

He’s definitely not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Yeah, but the fact he also had scissors kind of makes the butter knife kinda irrelevant. A butter knife is fairly far fetched, but you can absolutely stab somebody with scissors. That takes precedence.
Brandishing an item in and of itself doesn't constitute an attempt to kill someone. It is also why I said it is interesting that assault had not been charged at this point given what had been reported prior to the arraignment. The arraignment didn't indicate that he threatened her at any point, just himself, which is a substantial change from prior reports. A prosecutor is going to have a hard time getting an attempted murder or manslaughter charge to stick if there was no action or intent to cause physical harm.

My Michigan friend asked if it’s better to be a ND or Michigan fan now. I was able to put this in with a ☘️. Fun time to chat ball!!!

Arguing you could easily kill a person with a butter knife right from the drawer is fucking ridiculous.

You could kill someone with a sofa or a piano too. Good luck with that though.

No luck needed. Only the colossally stupid like you require it.

“And if you didn't take the weapon on board, relax; after you've been flying for about an hour, they're gonna bring you a knife and fork. They actually give you a fucking knife! It's only a table knife, but you could kill a pilot with a table knife. It might take you a couple of minutes you know... especially if he's hefty huh? Yeah but you could get the job done, if you really wanted to kill the prick.”

Not to beat this to death. But she looks like she'd get 2000 yards rushing at Wisconsin in the late 90s/early 2000s really easily.

I’m calling it now because Michigan does Michigan things. They will hire a new ball coach, hire a new AD… raise millions for domestic abuse causes only to find out in 5-7 years all that money was funneled to NIL.

They'll claim that their program was victim of domestic abuse
