We've had many interactions. Don't worry, I pay for being an elephant.

It's not for this forum, but I say again, what you said in here, about infidelity and the people who commit it, with such moral clarity... ironic and hollow give other choices you've made and thoughts you've expressed.
I'll make it easy for you to prove you're right or for me to prove you're just an ass with hurt feelings. Let's both put up $1000 with someone here we can all trust. You provide proof of your claim I've cheated on my wife and you get the money. If you can't, I get it. Don't dodge, don't backpedal, don't tiptoe around it. This will be fun!

I don't think that's what he's saying. He seems to be suggesting that you have excused such behavior from someone else previously.

Seems like attempted murder or manslaughter at least should be on the table as well if he legitimately threatened her with a knife.
It was a butter knife. You'd get laughed out of the room if you tried to indict for either of those for the butter.knife. The scissors would be a better argument. He was clearly making a threat, but something is keeping them from charging on that at this point.

I don't think I've ever excused cheating by anyone. I've been rather consistent in my condemnation of it. I'm aware that it's common and that football coaches and politicians and regular Joes do it, but I've never condoned it or excused anyone who did it.

Probably so, but I've treated people who were seriously injured after being stabbed or badly cut with a screwdriver, a painter's tool, and even a plastic pen. A butter knife can do some serious damage.

All of those things would likely do more damage than a butter knife.

Someone was on Dan Patrick this morning saying BK has no shot. It was posted in one of the threads here. I just saw it in passing, so I don't know what level of insight that person has.
That’s probably a good thing for Michigan football. The state of Michigan has A LOT of fantastic golf courses.

You don’t think you can kill some one, pretty easily, with a butter knife?

I mean, I agree, when it comes to charges and the stupidity of a potential jury, yes, sticking to the scissors is the right choice. But in reality, if you want to kill someone with a butter knife, you can.

Sounds like it might be Dellingham from ASU. Bunch of current players are following him, and his odds are taken off fanduel.
Is Dillingham an ASU alum? I could swear that when he was linked to other jobs this year he kept saying that the grass isn’t greener at these other jobs.

This has honestly been a great reminder that if you ever feel like your life is spiraling and your situation is hopeless, take a beat and don't do anything stupid. Yes it sucks to be fired from your dream job, be looking at a messy divorce and have your dirty laundry aired publicly, but if he had just gotten fired, he'd be hired within the next year or so as an assistant somewhere. Perform well for a couple of years and he's probably getting hired as a coordinator and after that who knows? Being a horndog is a known aspect of many coaches' personalities.

With his reaction and the criminal stuff, he's now completely tanked his stock to the point where no one is going to touch him.

I swear to god...driving up 75 to go to Detroit for a hockey game....literally every billboard is a weed shop advertising. King of Buds must be rolling in the green cause it was a huge weed shop and dominated the billboards
I just had A bartender tell me she drives there from the west suburbs of Chicago because she saves $100 on her weed. So, yeah, they’re probably killing it by being the first dispensary across the border.

I can get to Danville, IL in an hour and a half but rather drive 3 hours north to Coldwater because the prices are so much better in MI.

If Rees gets the job, would be ever be allowed to come back home to ND as hc?

Maybe he can turn on Michigan and stallions for a plea deal and burn that place down

Rees was the perfect inside man, took down the Saban dynasty in just one year! Think what he could do to the Michigan program with just a three year deal...

Arguing you could easily kill a person with a butter knife right from the drawer is fucking ridiculous.

You could kill someone with a sofa or a piano too. Good luck with that though.

Hearing about death by butter knife reminds me of Alan Rickman in Robin Hood.

I think it's less the use of a butter knife, but scissors plus the fact that he supposedly was saying he was threatening to kill her and himself is a pretty damning statement to make. The butter knife is kind of irrelevant. It's like if I threatened to kill somebody with a loaded revolver in one hand and a rubber chicken in the other.

Yeah, but the fact he also had scissors kind of makes the butter knife kinda irrelevant. A butter knife is fairly far fetched, but you can absolutely stab somebody with scissors. That takes precedence.
