I'm well aware Zohran isn't in office yet. I was referring to no cash bails, soft on crime DAs and judges and politicians, and a move towards "quality of life teams" instead of hard on crime police work. New York City is overwhelmingly liberal and they voted for the politicians who push such policies. I feel bad in a way for people terrorized by criminals, but they voted for the politicians who enable and even encourage it.

Q Teams is a part of why he lost? I didn't follow this race closely, but I highly doubt this was even on the front page list. It seems, and I may be wrong, Zohran's W was all about affordability and people buying his dreams. Plus, it seemed Zohran was a bigger character, better hype man, and public speaker than any of the other candidates.
Adams pushed some stupid policies, but it was certainly not all on him. There are countless council members, DAs, bureaucrats, and etc. who've helped cause this mess.
