They are better than pretty much anyone anticipated. 526 yards of offense tonight.

Expecting this spread to be like ND -4.
You’re assuming ND beat Purdue comfortably. SC beat Purdue 33-17 and 7 of that was a pick six. ND may win but it won’t be as easy as last year when they were a dumpster fire. When they travel to Fayetteville for an 11 am start, Arkansas will enter that game believing they can win & the added juice of playing ND for the first time ever could be the difference. Their QB is much better than Marcel Reed. Let’s hope Ark’s WR corps isn’t as good as aTm.

Just realized Ole Miss put up 41 with their back up QB, a transfer from Ferris State. Might be staring at a 60 point O/U.

Yes and he was damn good. He led Ferris State to D2 NC last season. He’s no kid (23 years old?) and word on him was that if he got a shot at the starting position, he would never relinquish it.

The advanced metrics still think we are a top 10 team. -6.5 is very likely to be our tightest spread of the year, meaning we should have an implied 70%+ win probability in every remaining game

If they can win this game, I like their chances vs any remaining opponent but I’m irrationally more concerned about this one b/c I live in Ark and would have to get past the humiliation of ND losing to them. Most CFB fans down here are so simple minded. They fit all the stereotypes: “SEC!, SEC! (Even though we suck)!”, “ND is ALWAYS overrated, they don’t play anybody”, etc.

Our OL and DL better be ready to play in this one. Their OL is putting up some of the best numbers in the nation so far this year and are huge, their DL is big as well. Their DT in 6'7 390 lbs

Petrino wants to get his RB or Green to the edge. That’s where they can stack up the yardage….horizontal runs that then turn upfield. I’m no expert analyst like all the ones on this board but I haven’t seen our DE do a great job of setting the edge.

He’s a really weird dude, but Petrino can really coach offense and their QB is going to get drafted.

Have to hope the offense comes ready to play.

Looks like I will have the extra ticket since someone backed out. If you’re interested, let me know. I hope I’m not violating board rules.

Their defense is just bad, 360 yards by Memphis before the end of the third.
