Maybe the most despicable thing a media org has done this election

Ga8PgAnb0AASGE8

There were also a number of Israel flags flying in the crowd, but not any Nazi flags as far as I'm aware.

The Garden has been used countless times for political rallies and events, including the '92 rally for Clinton. Pretty shameless propaganda on the part of MSNBC

Obviously they are brainwashed - at least that is what the brainwashed will say.

Also obviously the Knicks are Nazis - they play there forty times a year for decades, like super Nazis at this point. I mean, just look at Spike Lee.

What's funny is the first person in that picture, repurposed a Nazi slogan about getting rid of foreigners to talk about getting rid of foreigners again now. Surely that was just a coincidence

Illegals are illegal. There's a process to enter this country legally. Just because you jumped the border doesn't entitle you to tax payer funds.

Sorry, you (in the broad sense, meaning anyone) lose all credibility if you're going to compare a US politician to a dictator that tried to exterminate the Jews almost 100 years ago. It's overplayed, it's ridiculous, it's scare tactics 101.

Surprised SnD hasn't jumped on the chance to call me a Nazi for such an outlandish stance.

Wow. I did ‘Nazi’ this coming.

This isn’t why you’re a Nazi, airport Irish. It’s because you think the world would be a better place if the Germans had won WWII.

Your therapist only supports your psychosis to keep up their billable hours. Perfect example of the type of person who blames everyone and everything around them for their own shortcomings and failures. Or pure projection. I'm still on the fence on this one. Either way, pretty sure you mom needs to cut your internet access and make you touch some non-smoking grass.

Trump is going to do all the bad things, none of which happened during his first presidency!

Feels like the Democrats' message in the final weeks is nothing but fear mongering.

You got some real zingers in. I think the only cliche you left out was about me living in mommy’s basement…or was that inferred by the internet access slight?

Anywho, your armchair psych evaluation is way off. I certainly don’t project my feelings on to you or anyone else. Your mail in degree should be revoked for that one alone. And any shortcomings or failures that I’ve experienced are solely my own fault and I like to think that I’ve learned from those experiences. I was lucky enough to be born in the US, to educated, upper middle class parents who have loved and supported me. Unlike you, I have empathy for others who have not been as fortunate as I have been. And also, unlike you, I don’t harbor hatred for people who are different than I am. I do, however, despise closed minded bigots and people who hide their hatred behind the guise of religion, politics, nationalism, etc.

It was mentioned in another thread, but the LA times didn't endorse Kamala either, which is the first time in 20 years that's happened. The owner blocked the endorsement there as well, which prompted a senior editor to resign. I'm curious what the thought process is behind two left leaning publications refusing to endorse a candidate this time around.

Trying to restore credibility. Bezos wants to balance the staff and make it actual journalism

I don't believe the owners of either paper have changed their political views or fallen in love with Trump. I think it's much more likely that neither can, in good conscience, endorse Harris because of her complete lack of qualification for the job and inability (or refusal) to articulate anything approaching a coherent agenda. Again, no matter how much you hate Trump. Harris is still a woefully unqualified word salad dimwit.

Just saw this...I feel like they have the wrong target market lol. I mean, adults play Fortnite, but it's generally geared towards kids. Feel like they should be going after the Modern Warfare crowd or something.

The Los Angeles Times was sold in 2018 to a South African of Chinese decent Patrick Soon-Shiong, worked and met with Trump and was apparently at one point in talks in about joining the Trump administration. In 2017 Paul Ryan appointed him to the Health Information Technology Advisory Committee. He's also apparently blocked endorsements of other Democrat candidates in the past.

The call of duty modern warfare crowd probably isn't worth their time tbh. Player base of that game is all Trump tbh. All the big streamers and overall community of that series is a lot of overlap with the Adin Ross types. Fortnite I would venture is more younger millennials older gen z and definitely leans more liberal on the whole compared to COD

Perhaps so, but what's your explanation for Bezos? He's been a lifelong Dem and very critical of Trump for years. Very unlikely he's switched sides suddenly. You do know a lot of Dems also dislike Harris. I remember just a few months ago that a number of you here on IE were talking about how unpopular she was with Dems and not likely to be the replacement if Joe stepped down.

No idea, I was simply stating who the owner was of the LA Times and brief bio. The conversation intrigued me so I figured I would share in case no one else knew

I've posted this 3 times now and no one wants to engage with it.

college students on campuses cheer on Hamas in Gaza and paint swastikas on college campuses

Media: I’m sleep

Trump has a rally at MSG

Media: REAL SHIT
I think Donny should be applauded for having such a gay comedian like Tony do a set at his rally. Very open minded for the GOP.

I dunno...other than the occasional dad's that help out their kids in our friend group I don't know many adults that are into Fortnite on their own. Seems like it's mostly geared towards kids 6-16 in my experience. I couldn't really get an accurate break down when I looked around online, all I got was basic responses like "Fortnite is suitable for ages 7-77."

MW probably isn't the best alternative, I agree. It was just the first popular 20-something game that came to mind, which is who I expect the target audience they're going for is.

[EDIT] Okay, nevermind. I was wrong. According to this 85% of Fortnite's players are 18-35. I would have never guessed. Like I said, none of the adults in our friend circle play it unless it's the father's helping their kids from time to time, but they don't just play it solo. They play MW, Madden, FIFA, GTA, etc. I'm rather shocked.

The player base of Fortnite always throws me off, I know no one that still plays that game
