If this is a true “from the basement” league, I vote we start as coordinators at one star schools.

Also cool with switching that to HC at one-star schools if starting as coordinators will screw up the user vs user matchups.

Gonna go through tonight and see the options… and then have to start a dynasty of my own so I can see how recruiting and general gameplay works lol. Have been playing almost exclusively RTG so far.

I’m down to keep it one way and just play one side of the ball but I know people will be crying about the computer loosing them games, that is why I said you can play both sides. If you want to keep it one side, I’m fine with that also.

In the past we played just to play with no end goal.

No restrictions on when you can take a new job and what position.

We can still play full games as coordinators against each other because you can select play full game or offense/defense only during the pregame.

I vote we start as coordinators at schools under the one star tab.

Gotcha. Just didn't get why not HC if we're playing full games anyways.

I agree with Lion, it adds to the progression if you start as an OC. Takers a bit longer for decent HC jobs to open up if you're just an OC. It is nice that you can now control the defense even if you're just an OC, helps prevent late collapses by the CPU simulating.
