Possibility? Sure, I guess. I haven't REALLY dug into it though so I'm just guessing. But the theme that's casually blowing around is he's never been locked in on ND add to that ND never made him a pillar of the class even if they made runs at him and Cam being WR1 may have turned him off as they came up playing in the same Chicago FBU scene. The uncertainty of his position may be at play too (see Lo Styles)

His Dad is Emmett Mosley IV. He played both RB & WR for Lou's last teams. He was WR2 his JR & SR seasons.

Mom is Cindy (Daws) Mosley. She won the Herman Trophy as the nation's top female soccer player at ND.

Older brother Emmett V will be a FR at Stanford. ND offered but that recruitment never took off.

The Illinois dudes are all coming - Hulak, Burgess & Reiff. Sulfsted & Sacca were both originally planning to come but have since had to cancel.

Deuce has team functions this weekend, which the staff has been aware of for some time.
