He’s lost his top defensive recruit 2 out of 3 cycles.

And now we’re gonna go true Brian Kelly style and replace him with a 3 star from Fort Wayne.
This day in age im
Not worried about it chances are Taylor doesn’t even stick with whoever he commits to next sounds like a kid who’s gonna flip on signing day. These are the same types that transfer after a year

I don’t like it that Taylor is being picked to “flip“ to Michigan of all places but he really hasn’t been committed to ND for some time based on all the visits. You have to believe that the ND staff is smart enough to already have contingency plans in place if the Michigan prediction comes to fruition. I’d expect we’ll hear on that shortly.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence Michigan has picked up steam post-draft. They had a shit ton of guys drafted, which combined with a national title, and a still very good defensive staff holds a lot of weight. All these top recruits want is to go to the NFL.
Pretty much the entire staff from that cheated title is now in LA. But the draft definitely helped. Michigan has done very well with defensive backs.

Driskell is saying that ND won’t try to recruit him if he flips… “they are going to completely move on, which should tell you something”
That tells me that ND knows this kid isn't going to be here or Michigan when it's all said and done.

Not what I expected at all, but I'll be shocked if he is signing with the Skunkbears in December. He'll likely end up staying south.

So nd is hyped we beat Michigan for a good commit but in the background Michigan is stealing a better player from us at same position. This is NDs formula on how to NOT win a championship being continued.
ND has been shit kicking Michigan for years in recruiting lol

So since no site will say it publicly, I will…

Here is what happened:

Taylor wants to play/start as a Freshman.

He went to visit Bama & saw he couldn’t, so he crossed them off.

He was communicating with ND & talking about staying during the period when Blair first said his recruitment was open after OLeary left, and every day that Blair got closer to ND, Taylor got further.

Michigan tried telling Blair he could play immediately, but he didn’t fall for it.

Michigan told Taylor he could play immediately and Taylor bought it because he has always wanted that.

Taylor sees ND’s depth chart in front of him compared to Michigan’s, and he is aware of who ND is recruiting in ‘26 too.

Taylor wants the fastest way to the field.
That’s a big red flag.
That’s also why ND won’t still be recruiting him.

His entire recruitment has been looking at depth charts and how fast he can start & leave for the NFL.

Need to chill - We still have an elite DB class, it was a stretch to hold on to both him and Golden from the jump, 2 elite DBs from Florida. If there was every a time we could lose a top 50 recruit, this is it.

Safety also is a relatively low impact position. It’s not QB, OL, DE, or CB.

We need a playoff run to really take the next step into top 5 class territory. It is what it is.

So Taylor isn’t going to flip to UM?
Why are you ALWAYS such a whiny little B**ch all the time? Just actually curious. Same type of posts EVERY TIME, while looking to start a back and forth with someone routinely

None of those are top 50 guys

Do YOU think Taylor's a better DB prospect than Golden? Taylor isn't a corner, lacks length for FS and size to be SS vs the run.
He's a pure nickel. Looks to be a great prospect as a nickel but Golden, WuDeux and Faraimo are better prospects. 247 thinks Zachery is right there with him as a 94, though I'd take Taylor over him due to ND playing nickel base.

On the other side, Deuce is a Top 10 prospect in the class. Maybe Top 5.

Who gaf what the ex-jv tennis player with an associates in sports journalism from Bunco Comm College rates them.

If that’s the case, then yes, he’s best somewhere else

Why can’t we have the cool things recruits want, like an awful depth chart… recruiting is weird.

They didn't put Logan on deck for no reason. They were waiting to see if one of Blair/Taylor flaked. The funnel at safety is packed. It's basically a given ND's adding 2 of O'Brien, Womack, Bradford, Caldwell and/or Reddish.

What's holding him back from decommitting from ND if he doesn't want to be here? If he has a chance to see the field, he will.

What if Michigan decides to go after another DB in this class or in 26?
