The more I watch him, the more I like Faraimo at Vyper. He'd be a problem coming off the edge and positioning him there doesn't make him sit behind KVA.

247 2025 rankings update. Plenty of ND commits/targets highlighted. Knight, Black, Burgess, were all big risers. Meadows now a 5*, Talyn Taylor, Dylan Robinson, and Jonanthony Hall (WR from Indiana) all big risers. Javeon Campbell now just outside the top 100. If ND is still looking at Vyper gotta try to intrigue Justin Hill.

quick take -

-Very good speed, it shows up on the film
-Very raw, doesn't look overly natural at the WR spot yet
-More straight line speed than shifty - has an awesome one cut and go ability (will fuller type)
-reminds me of will fuller in HS (Not college), not saying he will be him but just you see raw talent that needs a ton of development

Just think “the next step” won’t be until we win a couple games in the playoffs. Freeman is signing consistently better classes than Kelly off of nothing but hope. Think you’ll see us take a jump to ~top 5 class if we can have the year in 2024 this team is capable of.

I keep coming back to this. It isn't a bad position to be in. For now. I do think that part of it is hope and the freshness of a new regime, but they are also putting in the work as a staff and that is often a lot of the battle.

If they can string together a couple of good runs in the playoffs then the bigger fish could give them a closer look.

I think putting more guys into the League is going to help.

WR room is getting more interesting by the day, looks like 2-3 spots for Meadows/Robinson, Hines, Taylor and now Clark. Those 5 guys would've been a helluva haul😳😳

I'm sure one will pan out to be a high level contributor on a title team, hell! Maybe they both become All Americans and 1st Rd Draft choices. (I think I did that right🤷)

In my very few interactions with college coaches they always say each staff has their own ranking that will always be different than commercialized rankings systems. But that’s probably an obvious answer.

Looks like 247 bumped him from a 90 to a 94 last week. Went from the 200s to #52 overall. Interesting.

Freeman today said they assess recruits still when committed and even if committed they will let them know if their view has changed…. Maybe they realized they messed up with wr recruiting and are pushing out our early commits

He’s better than any wr we have committed in this class

Meadows was huge on getting SEC offers, Hines we still seem to lead for, hopefully this is more of a recognition of early blunders in WR recruiting, but highly doubtful.
