I like Grubbs more than Hart bc of the arm talent / upside. It’s easy to find an average QB in the portal when you’re Notre dame. Scholarships should be spent on high upside guys like Noah.

These are recruits that would've normally had nd in their top 5 in the past, but ultimately couldn't close the deal. Also beating out osu, Alabama, Georgia and teams like that is amazing.
