Deion might actually be cooked

Does anyone have a Cliff's Notes version of what has happened at Colorado in the last few months? Obviously they flamed out over the course of the regular season as they had injuries and the hype train broke down. What happened after that? All I've seen is recently Deion made some stupid comments about transfers being shit basically and they don't miss them.

Might be becoming obvious that Deion is gone after his kids leave for the NFL draft

I'd love Edwards if this was December and we had all spring and summer to work him in with Price and Love. Now, I think we are set. Good luck to him though.
We need to take all the "Elite" talents even faster than these "prospect" types were landing...We're not in position to turn down guys like him because guys like him keep leaving the program or end up elsewhere.

Counterpoint: You ARE in position to turn him down, because he already flipped his commitment once, is now transferring from the place he flipped his commitment to, and by taking him, you risk driving out a player that has been committed from the start.

Would love to have his home run ability, but it's not worth potentially pushing someone else out that has already earned their touches.

That might be a different story if Greathouse, Faison, Love, etc. didn't show potential, but those guys are set up for success already imo

I agree. In point of fact, he was originally committed to Kansas State; so he flipped twice before going to Coloardo.

No thanks. I generally like our QB room, don't want those guys to lose carries to a waffler. Give me more CJ Carrs, less Dante Moores.
Yeah it's a no for me too dawg. I don't want any flippy flopers who can't commit to shit. I generally like our TE room, give me more Mitchell Evans and less Carter Nelsons.

He doesn't effect any of those players because of his versatility, he can instantly join Harrison on KRs and be a guy you put in the slot for a couple catches/reverses/bubble screens and as a guy who gets a handful of carries a game. He can be used alongside of guys like Price/Love and swapped out with Payne.

Dont need him. Dont want him. He adds nothing this team doesn't already have.

Nobody wants to compete lol. The boomer energy off this

Say you want Uncle guy, but not many players are going to stick around if you flip half of your roster every year.

Prime doesn't care about developing. He wants proven guys. If you need developing, he will find someone to take your place. There has to be some sort of continuity on your roster aside from your star players.

This year will be very interesting. 6-6... the Prime Hype Train will stop. And then Shedeur is off to the NFL.

Was he not their leading back? Seems kind of silly to talk about being scared of competition when he's the starter or in a 1a/1b situation. It's not like he was 3rd string. Reeks of excuses.

They will spin it that Dallan Hayden would be good enough to start but Edwards didn't want to compete for the job. And maybe that part could be true.

This program is being run under the methodology of NFL free agency. I have absolutely no idea how they intend to make it work, but it's going to be interesting. They took it from 1-11 to 4-8 in year one.

Bowl Eligibility 6-6 has to be the next step.
