Will announce on NSD in Feb.

Has OV's set for:

Cuse - Jan 12

Penn St - Jan 19

ND - Jan 26

FL - Feb 2

Bama, Ore, UGa & maybe Maryland? are also players

Feels like Penn St's the leader

He's battle tested, has the right offers (all of em) and he's been to ND more than once.

His film doesn't blow me away but he's playing one of the toughest (if not the #1) schedule in the country. But this is a case where you take the DB and DC's opinion over mine... he can obviously play and is worthy of the pursuit.

Will be interesting to see how the industry reacts to his reclassification and has to quickly put a rating/ranking on him. 247 and On3 really didn't bother evaluating him yet. Rivals liked him early

I assume the rankings are for 2025... In which case they don't mean much. His offer list for a 2025 kid is great.

St Frances is a private Catholic school in a rough part of Baltimore. In 2018 all the local schools in the catholic league refused to play St Frances anymore due to concerns for player safety, as their players were too fast and big. They recruit from all over the local region and put out some good players.

Freeman at ISD posted that he’d need to be a Summer enrollee for it to work for ND. And, as of now, he wants to be an EE. Sounds like someone will have to bend to get this to work.

Well that's that. A shame, could've been a heck of a nickel/cb.

Should probably put our hopes on some of the newer transfer portal entries.

How is he going to EE as a ‘24 but take official visits throughout January and into Feb when college classes already started?

Idk his background, but I wish some of these kids would just enjoy being a kid. He wants to leave high school 3 semesters early? I wish him well.

its common for kids to be held back a year though earlier in their education though

This. Folks said the same thing about JT Daniels until they found out he was intentionally held back for athletic benefit which I'm almost certain is the case here.

He transferred from Bullis just outside of DC.

Common yes but didn’t think it was common to be held back in high school for this purpose. Most I know that were held back for these type of reasons were well before high school. That’s why I’m surprised he has the credits to graduate in just 2.5 years, but if he was held in high school that makes more sense

Where I live a lot of kids who transfer to private/Catholic schools for athletic purposes will repeat their freshman or sophomore year, for instance.
