They are attacking sites where war is being conducted. Israel experienced horrific murders from people who will not stop. Rockets are still being fired into Israel. This would be different had the hostages been returned, fighting stopped, and Israel were still launching aggressive attacks.

Pretty nakedly obvious that Palestinian children aren't worth the same as an Israeli kid. It's always worked out that destabilizing a group of people and displacing them leads to peace and prosperity. Why give them aid? I happen to have this idea that Israel should be safe and Palestine should be free. In addition, these should not be mutually exclusive from one another. That's the snowflake in me I guess, and I don't even eat kale.

On top of that, these Hamas people are abhorrent and need rid of, which is an understatement but considering the times we live in I feel stating the obvious is often necessary. At the expense of innocent lives being lost? No. Therein lies the problem.

My 26 year old cousin isn't the brightest bulb in the box, so you can imagine what it was like trying to explain to him that not everyone in Palestine is part of Hamas. He thinks they're the same thing, but he gets his information from Fox News, Facebook and Babylon Bee memes on Instagram. It took us close to two decades to convince our Mimi that Muslim is a religion and not a nationality. I can only hit my head against the same damn wall for so long.

I try to pick my battles and engage where I feel I can. Usually to no avail. I blame myself.

Gaza is free. Israel left completely and even evicted every jewish family living there. They were left free to their own devices. They even held elections.
They voted in Hamas. It is their government. Their leadership. Every wing or sector that any other government has, they have. This isn't Isis coming in on toyota tacomas with machine guns taking over towns in Syria and Iraq. It is literally the Palestinians elected government. And btw, they enjoy a 57% approval rating. Biden should feel so lucky.


The Palestinians don't want a fee gaza. They don't want a free west bank. They want all of Israel. These people have been kicked out of every country they have been in because all they do is incite violence, create terror cells and plot to retake Israel ala black September.

They lost the war....three times. They don't get to dictate how the Victor's live.

Civilians are dying in Gaza? Really? That happens in war? Golly, maybe their leadership and mliitary shouldnt have declared and initiated war with their neighbor and then hide behind civilians and then cry to the internation al world for sympathy.

He saw a tweet about how a house rep wanted to turn Gaza into a parking lot and went on a rant about Left wing universities. He justified the statement, you don't want to see that because you choose not to.

Do you believe that 3.6K kids being killed is ok? Even if that numbers are buffed up, do you think it's wrong to question that? Am I wrong for saying that Israel is committing war crimes?

It shouldn't be controversial to say that what Israel is doing is incredibly wrong. Anyone with a pulse knows Hamas is terrible, but why does a government get a free pass to commit these crimes?

Here's some numbers from the US middle east combat - it took Bush and Barry 9 years to get to 1,200 Iraqi children. Israel has killed more than that in a month. This is many magnitudes worse than that. I think it's pretty universally accepted that what was done to civilians in the middle east was brutal.
