I would have had to scroll over to the second page to them. LOL.That is a little surprising. Of course no offensive stat is complete without…

I don't consider Ludwig or Klein "big names", but I would have considered them realistic. Jason Candle or Sean Lewis probably isn't.Let's lower our big name expectations and interview some up and coming like the guy promoted at Tulane or Pete Carroll's son at AZ or for sure up and coming at sub-FBS schools. Maybe go after CW Jr. at Ole Miss? Would he leave Kiffen? Would he come to ND after the way his dad was booed out?
I miss his pre snap motion but that is all.Not gonna lie, I would kill for Tommy as OC right now. He did a great job scheming guys open with terrible qb’s.
Give him Sam, big things
Maybe Nagle ready to be a coach but this is only his 2nd year as OC (1st year apparently unofficially the play caller behind a figurehead OC who's now gone). There could be a cascade of movement out of Tulane - we'll see - with the announcement of AD going to Washington, but don't know how important that is to their coach who is on record saying he wants to complete his career there.I don't consider Ludwig or Klein "big names", but I would have considered them realistic. Slade Nagle from Tulane? 100% realistic. Maybe he's not interested but they could at least reach out. He might be ready for an HC job seeing has how he's been at Tulane since 2016.
My hope is that they're creative and try to extend their reach a bit when the time comes, and that time might not be this offseason for all we know. If things continue like the last three games, I suspect we could see a move made. Maybe worse. At the moment, focusing on USC is really all they can do. Winning that game would really rejuvenate the season for everyone.
Slade Nagle from Tulane?
Well he does that to create pre-snap gaps in the D. It’s a pretty important thing schematicallyI miss his pre snap motion but that is all.
Whatever. I'd like for ND to beat SC, win as many games as possible this year and see Parker keep his job. Feels like the best case scenario in all of this, but does that play out I have no idea. The offense has looked incredibly bad in the last three games.Maybe Nagle ready to be a coach but this is only his 2nd year as OC (1st year apparently unofficially the play caller behind a figurehead OC who's now gone). Opting for cheap options can sometimes lead to expensive outcomes. They said something about how the admin won’t pay two OC’s. I assume Parker has a contract?
If I remember correctly, I believe that the QB room said they did not connect with him and that ruled him out. He may have entered as choice 1, but did not leave it as choice 1...
And then proceeding to throw an interception from the three-yard line to lose the game at Tulsa. But, but, purple face ordered me to throw it....I miss Tommy Touchdown as a player scanning the LOS and talking back to purple face.
My hot take would be we're undefeated if Tommy was our OC this season. Not gonna lie, I would kill for Tommy as OC right now. He did a great job scheming guys open with terrible qb’s.

i have thought same thing. i think he could be creative with this qb. could he identify qb talent, noMy hot take would be we're undefeated if Tommy was our OC this season.
While we were all cheering his demise in Tuscaloosa. We didn't realize we were in the midst of our own, without him.
His vision is what brought us Hartman.i have thought same thing. i think he could be creative with this qb. could he identify qb talent, no
First date clicks matter. My wife and I clicked three times on our first date. That’s how I knew she was the one. It's good to know that our players are still picking our coaches. Good grief. We have the most coddled players in all of football.
Chuck Long was mean to me.
We want Freeman. He's nice.
We don't want Klein. We didn't click on our first date.
How about we're going to do what's best for the program and if you don't like it, kick rocks.
They were never going to make any changes prior to the bye.The fact he will still be calling the offense Saturday makes me vomit
I realized this as Alabama was showing improvement and we started falling off a cliffMy hot take would be we're undefeated if Tommy was our OC this season.

There's a long list of OCs who would have us undefeated, I think. My hot take would be we're undefeated if Tommy was our OC this season.

Exactly. Greg Hudson called a better defense in 2016 after BVG was fired. Doesn't mean he was an excellent coordinator though. There's a long list of OCs who would have us undefeated, I think.
That's a load of bull.IB was saying yesterday that Parker will not get fired in the off season.
I’m seeing a lot of “hot takes” like this from ND so you’re not alone. I agree as well. Rees had the misfortune of going to Bama when they had to break in a new QB from a group where one couldn’t seize the position & they had to face a tough OOC foe early in the season. That usually happens at ND. Now he’s learned how to best scheme Milroe to take advantage of his strengths & minimize his weakness. The dude is a good play caller w/ a high ceiling. My hot take would be we're undefeated if Tommy was our OC this season.
