PSG and Newcastle in the same Champions League group.

Manchester City and RB Leipzig in the same Champions League group.

I'm absolutely here for it.

Group F,… jeebus. I think you could make a case (varying probability for sure) that all four, if everything goes totally their way, could make a run at the whole thing and two of them won't make it to the knockouts.

Newcastle this past summer bought the best player of one of their group opponents.

Perspective.

This is so %ucking stuipd and predictable.
There is about a 3-5% chance that this relationship doesn't end in a disaster before the 26 World Cup.

Gio has plenty to own up to, but Gregg is the adult and needs to reach out to Gio and fix this a.s.a.p.
Gio "when healthy" is one of our best attacking players. Although, its probably a 50-50 shot he will be healthy for the 26 World Cup with his current track record.
Hopefully it is just literally growing pains, as the kid has grown a lot physically over the past 3 years.
We cannot afford to throw players of his level to the side, because of personal issues.

I can't believe Gregg got this job back, and this was so easily avoidable.

I hate this international break. The transfer window has just closed, teams are starting to get in a rhythm, fans are excited about the season, and then BOOM international break.

Dont you wish that pain on him.
The players wish it on themselves by continuing to sign there. No one is forcing them to go.

They paid $60M for Romeo Lavia and he's sitting in the stands in street clothes while they lose to Nottingham Forest. It's completely ridiculous.

"The defender admitted that he acted in an improper manner and used abusive and insulting words towards a match official after being sent off in the 29th minute, and the sanctions were subsequently imposed by an independent regulatory commission."
There is zero chance this is going to be consistently enforced across the league week in week out among every fixture. If anything has been proven, the only consistency in EPL officiating is inconsistency if not incompetence. If they plan on cracking down on this, he deserves the ban and fine, but this needs to be enforced the rest of the way now by all the officials for all the teams each week.

I don't care if it is NBC, Peacock, USA, whatever. I'm not a lip reader but I've seen plenty of players say things to referees and linesmen that aren't exactly Christians having tea type of vocabulary. This season.

Can't wait for the first time Manchester United surround a referee when he makes a call they don't agree with.
