Listening to some of the pods, even some of the beat writers don’t expect ND to be a close to perfect as they were last week. They seemed to think with the travel back from Ireland & the inevitable nature of making a mistake that there may be a bit of a hangover but not enough to prevent ND from winning comfortably. Also consider if ND can get their backups in on both sides of the ball, TSU could get some late scores.

This game needs to be over quickly. It’s been years since I have missed watching a ND game to conclusion and I will miss the end of this game. Hopefully it’s game over by half.

Going off the QB discussion in the other board,… this has driven me bat shit for years also… snap the neck and get your backup qb in there to run actual plays,… not just five handoffs,… of all the frustrations of the bk era this might have been the one that frustrated me the most. I never felt I could fully enjoy a blowout bc this opportunity was almost always missed

I’m at the perfect age. No kids at home but also no grandkids yet so I have no youth sporting events to have to go to. Don’t have contemporaries getting married. I have an understanding wife that will schedule our couples events around the football schedule. I don’t expect this to last, but for now it’s just right.
