I like the 23 class and 25 potential class well enough to not worry too much about taking 2 in this class. Especially if the two are Gilbert and Williams.

Before the portal, I'd say that you could, but now, I think you need to take 3 minimum every year.

ND learned the hard way already. They landed 3 receivers every year from '19-21 and of them, only 2 of them managed to remain at receiver past their 2nd year.

Attrition is real, and even at ND, you can't account for kids sticking around if the opportunity to play a lot soon isn't there.
