I think we land him. As stated, he's taken pretty much all his OV's except ND, and he's still uncommitted with that visit imminent.

I'd say this is locked up soon after his OV.

Nothing locked in publicly, but it seems all but a foregone conclusion that he's going to visit during the season as it's been reported, most likely for the Ohio State game.

The big thing for ND was to weather the summer storm of OV's without him committing to another school. Scott going through all the other OV's without a commitment was a big win for ND.

To add, their games are also a bit different.

Rubio is a one gap player. Likely why he’s not going to be playing the nose much next season.

Very strange recruitment.

That being said, I feel strangely good about ND's chances.

The names at the top seem to change weekly, except ND. One week, it's Miami-ND-Georgia. Next week it's ND-Michigan-Ohio State. They have been the constant since back in January.
