It's in the article, they're still at 67% factoring in transfers. ND is 62%. Every team besides Michigan had a negative impact from the portal in terms of BCR.
I'm pretty sure that's just for transfers in. I don't think it takes in account the transfers out, which would have A&M drop significantly. Direct from the article:

Here’s how it changes with transfers in.

MSU recruiting continues to be hilarious. They're trying to drop serious bags but no one wants to play for them. They currently have the bottom ranked Big 10 class, but continue to host random top rated recruits like Charles Lester (5 star CB), David Stone (5 star DL), DeAndre Carter (top 100 OL), Jason Brown (top 100 RB), and Kris Jones (top 100 LB)

I have a story I can probably tell now, since it’s been a couple years, about a kid I know and his experience at MSU when Tucker showed up. It’s horrible & a lot of players and HS coaches know what happened & don’t want anything to do with Tucker now.

Sorry.

Kid was a freshman in 2020.
That year doesn’t count against eligibility.
So 2021 was his first year of eligibility, Tucker’s first year.

He played in 4 games throughout the season, like many kids, which would be a Redshirt year. That was the plan.

Then going into the final game against PSU, needing a win to get the NY6 Bowl invite, MSU was rattled with injuries.

So Tucker came to a group of the kids who played 4 games, & told them he needed them to play against PSU, since others were banged up.
He told them that if they won they would get a NY6 Bowl and since those players were already over 4 games they would get to play in the Bowl.

So their Redshirts got pulled, they played & won a crazy 30-27 game, in which the kid I know had a big pass deflection.

MSU gets the Peach Bowl invite (NY6 Bowl) against Pitt.

Over the month leading up to the Bowl the MSU players heal up.
The kids who stepped in to play the PSU game did not get to play on the Bowl.
If not for them, MSU might not even got the win vs PSU, thus no Peach Bowl. But Tucker still broke his promise. MSU wins 31-21.

Then the next team meeting after the season Tucker calls out a group of like 20 players, including the kid I know, and tells them to leave the program. Tells them they aren’t good enough & he is replacing all of them. End of meeting.

So some of those kids lost a year of eligibility to play that PSU game & help Tucker get his NY6 Bowl, big payday, etc…and he tells them afterwards they aren’t good & not welcome at MSU anymore.

The kid I know was pissed. His family pissed. His HS coach pissed.
Everyone around that area, which is the hotbed of HS football in that state, we’re informed.

The past year Tucker has tried to come down to some of those schools & told no thanks. The HS that the kid is from has 3 D1 level players on it this past year & Tucker tried recruiting 2 of them & the HS coach told him no chance.

Dylan Raiola is going to Buford Ga for his senior year. Apparently this will be his fourth high school.

This will help UGA keep their grip on him but it makes me wonder how long he'll stay in Athens.

What’s hilarious ab this is that Idk if he even had a commitable offer from any of the hats on the table anymore

He didn’t. And even Clemson who was his final 2 saw him as a Plan C type of guy

Hey, this is a big upgrade for Miami. Several years ago they were so hard up for linemen they were reaching out to students on campus to fill holes.

Dylan Stewart just committed to South Carolina over OSU lmao. Bag must be outrageous.
The 11Warriors site is filled with a lot of ragging on Larry Johnson over the 2023 and 2024 recruiting. Sounds like most are ready to move on.

The Beamer name has a long history in that DC area. I am sure Shane knows all of the HS coaches there and continues the recruiting prowess his dad had.
