This statement of facts is full of wonderful tidbits of information. I highly suggest everyone read it.

I find it shocking that everyone has access to the same information as of now and there are posters in here who clearly can’t be bothered.
Again, on brand.

I mean, I don't think for a second he's going to do a moment of time in jail and he'll get some fines he'll never pay, but apart from that this is all completely normal and aboutism now. We moved past being a serious society a long time ago.

How so? They have no authority to meddle in this case. They have no authority to do anything to protect him.
Do you honestly think they'd be coming after Trump this hard if he never got into politics? He's been doing business for decades, but he's had more legal attacks in the last 4 than in the last 40 combined. It's all political.

They found evidence of crimes and they are prosecuting them. They already prosecuted Cohen. AMI was going to go down but they cooperated. It happened in their jurisdiction.

Crimes are crimes. They prosecute crimes all day everyday all over the country. I don’t agree it’s political. That is a red herring. These things were all known about before the first impeachment. Barr told Vance to pause the investigation. He did. Trump is a citizen. He violated campaign finance and committed fraud. They have Weiselberg and Cohen and Pecker. They committed crimes and got caught. No one says that they were caught because of politics. They did that stuff for Trump and per his direction. He wasn’t going to be prosecuted as a president. They got the underlings. Now they get the boss. Tough break for him. Shouldn’t have committed crimes.

His company was prosecuted and found guilty for tax fraud and is now under a stewardship. Oops. Guess they shouldn’t have committed fraud.

He has always been in constant litigation. This dude has stiffed people for decades. He has always been in the court room. The office of the presidency protected him but now he is a citizen. Sucks to suck.

No matter. McCarthy and the GOP have ZERO authority to tell the NYDA what to do. The have not constitutional authority or oversight responsibility over NYDA office. If they try to intimidate him or cause others to intimidate him that is just more evidence to me they have no respect for law and order.

I do appreciate that we've skipped right over the part where you guys try to act like it's even possible he's innocent lol.

I’m sure you are aware this is fake lol
I would give most of the board benefit of the doubt but this happening routinely.

I'm sorta thinking Cack's twitter feed has a lot in common with your boomer MAGA uncle's Facebook page circa 2016-18.

They truly don’t when it comes to Dear leader. I’m actually quite sad that one of our presidents has been indicted for criminal activity. This is a dark day. One we knew was coming for a while. All this stuff in the SOF was known about in 2016/2017/2018. It’s not new. It’s been waiting while he was protected from it by the office of President. Oops

The interesting thought is the mere fact of trump going on multiple platforms and admiting to all of his crimes multiple times yet, in a subtle act of bragging but some still scream "witch hunt"...

No idea if this is true but it’s still hilarious to imagine it

It’s funny but can’t be true. With all the security and publicity around this, there is no way they would put him in cell with anyone else.

All I'm seeing is a lot of excuses. It's definitely political. There's plenty of shady business and campaign finance/donations among the establishment like the Bidens and Clintons that have been swept under the rug. No law office is going to touch them though.

It would probably be best if he's found guilty so the party can move on from him at this point, but I'm not sure that'll happen. He always seems to dodge any serious repercussions. It makes it hard to take any accusations seriously.
