Isn't it their money once you give it to them? But I get it. I would stop if I found out the same thing.
I'm a Pisces, not an expert on markets, but as far as I'm concerned...no, it ain't their money. It's mine.

Sort of like the gift card to the grocery store is my money whether they get Hostess Ding Dongs or asparagus.

They spent your money on bread and eggs. They spent their own money on Donald Trump. LOL

Gift cards give us such better piece of mind. Evidently word got out because that's all they ever get now.

I love receiving and giving cash. I often find it's just easier rather than go through the painful task of trying to get someone a gift, especially without a list of ideas and or no idea what the hell they want.

I'm really at peace with it all now. It addition to their horse shit political preferences.

I think the conspiracy would normally be the hardest to prove but if Pecker testified against Trump then it’s game over. That would have been man to man agreement. Also heard that Pecker paid McDougal $150k for the rights to her story and then to kill her story with the understanding Trump would pay him back. Trump stiffed him. That is why the Stormy Daniels event was handled by Michael Cohen through a HELOC. Lol. Morons.

This was immediately my first thought when I saw this picture. Trump co-opting the black lives matter gesture. What's next, rainbows on the Trump Organization's letterhead.

I haven't read anything. How many counts are misdemeanors and how many felonies?

All felonies. Class E 4year max each count. The conspiracy doesn’t appear to be a charge but what makes these paper violations a felony. I posted the Statement of Facts and the indictment above. Seems pretty ironclad.

I'm seeing a lot of confusion now about a conspiracy charge which is not listed amongst the 34 in the indictment but the statement of facts seems to suggest that's what prosecutors are laying out. Does anyone have more info about how this works without an official charge?

My understanding is that the fraud charges would just be misdemeanors on their own but the conspiracy is the in furtherance of another crime (campaign and election fraud) is what makes all these individual charges rise to felonies.

IOW they did these minor crimes to further another larger crime and conspired with others to do it (Cohen and Pecker both agreed that they did illegal activities as part of this. Cohen served time AMi agreed to a no prosecution agreement. Pretty ironclad stuff IMO.

I posted the Statement of Facts above.

I hate to tell you all this, but you're just setting yourself up for yet another big nothingburger. Remember how many times over the past six years you were absolutely, positively, 100% certain this was it? Well, you're doing it again. This will turn out to be a big nothing. It's political posturing. When it's all over, there will be few if any convictions, nothing major will come of it, and Trump will never go to jail.

So this is how this is gonna go. These people are dangerous and are gonna get innocent people hurt or worse.

Honestly, this isn't really a big deal in the current landscape. Libs of Tiktok does this to people with 1000x less resources.

It is disgusting. I don't even know what is the purpose. Trying to intimidate the judge so they rule in your favor? Trying to tick off the judge so that they treat you "unfairly" so you can get an "get out of jail free" card if he's convicted? I just don't get it.

NYT says 4 year max total, and that jail time isn't mandatory. NYT also says its an untested legal theory. They seem to think it is anything but ironclad.

He'll probably get probation and agree not to run for office.

The fact the he knowingly (tried to) covered one crme and proceeded to commit anothecharges constitues as an act of conspiracy, even though he covered up multiple crimes and committed multiple other crimes along the way.

He'll probably get or agree to misdemeanor probation and agree not to run for political office. If he's smart. I guess that this was already offered but preferred to continue making money off of the Maga groups

If it goes to trial he won’t get that deal.

And, several of his previous lawyers made subtle hints of this being the case.

But, Jack might be next and we should see a GA indictment by the end of April unless Fannie seeks an extension or shes booted out of office by the Republicans. Once the Grand Jury hands down the indictment recommendation, Georgia laws offer a 2 month window from said date.

I haven’t heard of a deal. His lawyers have said publically they will fight it and they plead not guilty to all charges today.
