Tyree has straight line-home run speed. Edwards is very different in that he's always shifting, sliding, spinning. Just incredible short yardage burst. I don't know if we have a player like him on the roster.

There were a dozen or more clips in his highlights where the other team has 3-4 players closing in on him and he still bursts through. I only wish he would've been an early commit because there are few slots I like more than him. Yes, he needs an additional 10+ lbs but that acceleration is special.

Haven't been this excited about a player since Kyren. Just love the way he plays the game.

I agree. People worried about his weight. Does anyone at 5’9 actually weigh 165 by the time they’re 20 if they’re eating and lifting? Hell no. This due will weigh 195 by his junior year if not earlier. It’s hard to weigh 165 even if you’re 5’6. Skies the limit. Talk about a high ceiling.

I live 200 yards from football stadium here in Derby. I've watched Dylan play the last 3 years and hoped he would receive serious consideration from Notre Dame. This kid is a special player, in his sophomore and junior years there wasn't a better player on the field than him at any time. on a side note, the Notre Dame team doctor Matt Leiszler is a Derby grad and legend. I live 2 houses down from his parents.
