I bet an angry call from Narduzzi is a treat
I bet you’ll see more of this. Which might make the rivalry games even that much more intense.

True. They're stacking up WRs but you can only throw to one guy on each play.Sucks he's headed to SC, but until SC starts buying some defense I don't think it really matters.

Sure but Pitt's not a rival to USC. More like a farm team, it appears.I bet you’ll see more of this. Which might make the rivalry games even that much more intense.
A key difference: In the NFL players sign multi-year contracts. NCAA at present is by far the most wide-open free agency in all of sports.Pro football in college has arrived
Not looking forward to it
It is a interesting case of reporting here. Can the media pine for nostalgia enough to actually make a difference? Maybe not but there’s certainly a reason reported phone calls and everything are being leakedIf Narduzzi can just mess it up enough to ruin the USC deal then maybe…
Yeah it is turbulent. This Freedom of choice and players pursuing their best options is downright unAmerican!A key difference: In the NFL players sign multi-year contracts. NCAA at present is by far the most wide-open free agency in all of sports.
It's insane. How are you even supposed to manage your roster when your best player can get hired away by another program on a random weekend in April? And it really does not benefit the vast majority of programs, just the handful with tons of dumb money to throw around. Hard to see this lasting. As others have said the free transfer rule is easiest thing to fix right now.
Unlikely. Believe he’s been “recruited” to U$C.Any chance we take a run at Addison?
I read somewhere a big priority will be a place to improve draft stock. I am not sure Angeli did enough to impress a one and done guy like this.Any chance we take a run at Addison?
I am very curious if the NCAA gets involved with the alleged tampering.Unlikely. Believe he’s been “recruited” to U$C.
I think you probably have the order flippedUSC can probably get Caleb Williams, who is from the same area as Addison, to tell Addison to come play with him and what he's pulling in NIL.

I wonder if there happen to be ways that schools can go after others schools in the form of a lawsuit..I am very curious if the NCAA gets involved with the alleged tampering.
100% USC was behind this. However, you can't recruit a player that isn't in the portal. So I have no doubt USC would tell the NCAA (like they would ever investigate this) that they had no contact until after he went in the portal. They can say that Williams had contact and Williams wouldn't get in trouble.I think you probably have the order flipped
Caleb Williams probably did get USC to go after Addison to come play with him
Per the article I just posted in the NIL thread it appears the USC Collective was who reached out to Addison.100% USC was behind this. However, you can't recruit a player that isn't in the portal. I have been to enough USC ND games to know that when the USC "collective" reaches out to you, you don't say a word. You just nod your head, grab their hand and hope it's not a dream.Per the article I just posted in the NIL thread it appears the USC Collective was who reached out to Addison.
curious to see whether a team will ever have it happen that so many offensive lineman transfer at one time they are unable to field a team without walk-on's etc
