You've missed the point, entirely. Al Jolson is a white guy wearing black face. Not at all the same as a gay choir making fun of the scared conservatives that think that gay people are going to convert their children. It shouldn't be this hard.

My ideas of more beliefs, I have no background in education or even the American education system. Just my sentiment is that there should be resources for students/teachers/counselors to deal with these kids. Would go a long way in helping combat mental illnesses in children.

I didn't catch this the first time around. I think you are stuck in the liberal idea that if you disagree with someone you hate them or think they are the devil. I think this is why so many people get offended. This is with most issues, if not all. Like the narrative police are hunting black men, if I say the stats cannot back up that argument people would scream racism, white privy and all the others. If I say I don't think kids should be taught or inundated with gay awareness propaganda I immediately am called a homophobe. I am all about building bridges and accepting PEOPLE. Just because I might disagree with someone on certain issues does lead me to think they are evil or the spawn of satan. One thing that REALLY irritates me is when someone accuses someone else or me of "judging" someone. We make judgement's all the time. Judging by the weather I should probably bring an umbrella... judging by your criminal history I dont want you to be my sons friend. Judging by the fact you are 45 I dont think you should be dating my 12 year old daughter... judging by statistics black people commit more crime per capita... judging by statistics black people are not hunted down by police... judging by human biology and science that person dressed as chick is really a dude... judging by the fact that the penis was designed to be inserted into a vagina and not a butt-hole its not a lifestyle I feel my kids need to hear about all the time or even normalized in their everyday life... judging by the religious standards I follow a man is designed to be with a women.

At the same time I dont hate any of these people. I do not think they are evil or really any different than myself on a personal level.

This can go both ways (no homo). People just need to respect each others thoughts and opinions and if you don't like whats going just turn the channel. Its just simply not that easy. I would be fine with "turning the channel" but going to back to the point with this song. Was it a joke? Who cares... there is truth in what they are saying no matter their context. There is often truth in humor, this is not an exception. Are they coming after our kids, in my opinion YES.

However, let's assume that there absolutely is not a gay agenda to recruit and come for our kids, and it's just making fun of that idea. Stats show that the police aren't hunting black men and going out of their way to target them. Imagine a group on the Right making a satirical video about "We're Coming For Your Men" and then claiming it was just a satirical send-up of the misinformed hysteria of the Black community. Still funny? Still acceptable? To say one is funny and harmless while the other is terrible and hurtful is intellectually dishonest. Some things are probably better avoided and in poor taste. Anything related to the sexualization or sexual predation of children is very high on that list.

Diversity (is ONLY literally skin deep; diversity of thought will not under any circumstances be tolerated)

Why is it you think people can't care or have compassion for someone LGBT simply because they don't want to have an agenda rammed down their throats?
