Coming to Irish Invasion. ISD thinks he's a strong safety.

Is this kid a true FS? I hope so - we have much harder time recruiting true FS it seems than SSs.

Is Palm Beach Gardens a Catholic school? Is Coach Denson's Mom the principal?

Pipeline installed and product is flowing.

All the RKG's please.

At this moment I can't recall who, but there is a heavy ND influence on the coaching staff and at the school.

I'll say it once again...

If ND was in West Palm Beach, they'd win an NC every 24 months.

The entire time I was there I felt welcomed," Carter said. "I think it would be a great environment for me to build as a person, not only as a football player, but as a great person that would help the community. The place is just amazing. I could see myself there.”

Will OV ND when its cold so he gets a feel for it

Will visit Clemson, Michigan, LSU, The Barn, Pitt and Louisville this summer

Rivals

Also looks like ND jumped Miami and he loved every second of his visit. Pretty much already told Studstill and Coney I'll see ya next year

Recruiting Radar: Welcome to Paradise, Miami's new premier recruiting camp - State of The U

Miami is hosting "Paradise Camp" this weekend with 75+ highly rated recruits; former players Jeremy Shockey, Antrel Rolle, Philip Buchanan, and Brett Romberg serving as "guest coaches," and Ray Lewis, Gino Torretta, Michael Irvin, Jon Beason, and Duke Johnson attending as well.

But the main event is Saturday. As I speculated after the announcement of Paradise, several former Canes players will be guest coaches at this event. As you can see from Saturday's itinerary, Michael Irvin and Ray Lewis will be guest speakers. Miami has started the announcements of the other former Canes who will be joining that pair at Saturday's camp, with the first name revealed to be former 1st round pick TE Jeremy Shockey.

It remains a Miami - Notre Dame battle for Amari Carter. The Palm Beach Gardens three-star safety brought his mother with him on Saturday and the two got the VIP treatment from Banda and the support staff. Carter isn't ready to name an outright leader in the recruitment, but it's becoming more and more clear that Miami should be considered a legitimate threat to the Irish. The nation's No. 57 safety said that he likes the thought of playing close to home. Mom agrees.

problem is Richt at Miami, new hires in traditional programs always create a buzz. If the old staff was at Miami still by all accounts Carter would be Irish already

Anna gives Miami the lead right now and are pushing for him to commit. He still plans to OV to ND. She likes ND ultimately but Miami is after him big time. Doesn't think Daley really matters

Not sure why many people on this site don't like him. But, I like his film and would love for him to be part of the 2017 class.

Andrew Ivins who was previously at BGI, now working for Miami 247, is saying that buzz around Carter is Miami has taken the lead. They're pitching immediate playing time and have mom on board. ND still in it and will OV.

He is probably looking at the depth chart at ND and sees Studstill, Elliott, Perry and perhaps Vaughn. He won't be playing ahead of them. Also Robertson in 2017 who is a four star.

Though I agree that the safety spot is well populated, there isn't a guaranteed SS on your list.

They say Vaugh isn't a safety, but a corner, exclusively. This as of yesterday and the day before.

Perry, and Morgan are. And Elliott could be, possibly. Elliot is going to need to see the field and FS looks to be pretty jam packed.

Perry and Morgan are hybrids that could end up LB's. You nailed Elliot, I think he'd be the FS of the future if it wasnt for Studstill. Robertson is a FS for now too but he's got some interesting genes from his Dad. He was 6-7 and solid when he hooped for Wisconsin back in my day. If Isaiah graduates an OLB or a TE, it wouldn't surprise me.

I don't think Robertson ends up at FS if Carter comes to ND. Robertson is just a unique athlete where he isn't elite in any traits, but he's a good football player. He can fill a hole that Notre Dame has in the class at this point.

Miami leads and mom's all in for the Canes. Add in early playing time and it looks like an uphill battle especially since UM is lot closer and cheaper for mom to travel to. Plus she can have her pick of most any seat in the stadium. lol
