Maybe at RB, but at WR I'd pass. He has a long stride and runs with chunky feet. Won't be a great route runner like that nor burner like that IMO.

He runs like 6' Miles Boykin.

Our boy Breezy was a long striding, track guy coming out of high school. What we have here is a GO route specialist and your 4 year KR. He's GAIII with some wiggle.

You can make a cut but it doesn't mean you make a quick cut. I just see this guy with heavy feet and not quick twitch enough for WR. But I'm usually wrong on these things so who knows.

It sounds like he hasn't been playing for very long. Which, if true, is incredibly impressive and extremely promising considering his raw athletic potential.

I'm sure he is a great kid and I hope he has a great career. But I think the term "quality Alabama recruit" isn't necessarily the perception of this kid. He is a three star (498th player overall) with a very underwhelming offer list. His tape also doesn't jump off the screen at you either.

He's a good athlete, but his top list is a representation of his best offers both program-wise and academically. He should commit to Duke, imo.

LOL. I never got this either. I think its actually pretty much exactly backwards. There are few schools, Alabama, FSU, USC, that recruit at such a high level that they simply don't care about missing on a quality local player because they can get someone better elsewhere.

Alabama didn't recruit Ameer Abdullah and didn't miss a beat.
