I've siad it multiple times. Our boy belongs in Pittsburgh. Super patient organization. No need for him to rush himself there.

Hoping for Pittsburgh, New England, Green Bay, or Arizona. Needs the redshirt season in a good organization that won't rush his rehab.

from watching his video above it looks like jaylons "drop foot" condition (caused by nerve damage) is not as bad as first thought.

Decker will straight up get after your ass! This one dude for Notre Dame, I don't know if he said the wrong thing trying to trash talk or if maybe they actually know each other off the field or maybe if Decker was just on one that day, but he gave that dude a li'l something something several times at the end of plays.

Taylor Decker plays too high for an NFL tackle but gets the damn job done - SBNation.com

same type of thing that got jaylon injured from urs truly

You should re-watch it then because you're incorrect. The push was about 1-2 seconds before the whistle. The video is a few posts up and it's very evident it came before the whistle.

only because refs are slow on the whistle at end of plays due to review. its late and unnecessary. blowing on a whistle or not.

soooo fuck taylor decker.

No one attacks this guy's throat...NO not literally. Everyone stands up and engages him...not gonna happen in the NFL. He is going to get people who are stronger and have impeccable technique...and who will get into him, and then he'll be exposed. He is going down...football Karma is a bitch.

Well, I guess the only solution is that Decker should have stopped playing before the whistle blew even though his back was turned to the play. fuck Decker indeed.

Anyone who has played the game need only watch some film on Taylor Decker to know who Taylor Decker is...he is the guy who takes it too far when it isn't necessary. He is that guy who doesn't respect the game or anyone he competes against. He is that guy everyone puts up with...his teammates respect what he can do for them, but not him. Everyone has been on a team with a Taylor Decker, and everyone wishes someone normal and ballanced would have stepped up...

The NFL is going to eat him...and I won't lose sleep.

i guess i should just listen to you on whether i can dislike a guy for what i deem a dirty play. fuck decker is right.

I dont care if he is playing to the whistle, if his back is on your mama's bed. he spurned ND, then injured one of the best players we've had on D in a decade.

So yes, FUCK TAYLOR DECKER.

The questions is, "Where are they getting their news?" I doubt JS is allowing reporters access to his medical records. Are they basing it off the examination done at the combine? JS giving teams access to his doctor and teams are leaking the info? I doubt his doctor is going to tell anyone he probably won't play again.

Today's medical science is so good, I wouldn't bet against him.

On random note, re-watched the injury play and it was cool to see Zeke Elliot right there supporting Jaylon after he went down.

I can't believe this kid is going to drop out of the first round. I'll put my money on JS all day.

Do people not remember the play? It was a freak injury, not a dirty move by Decker. Jaylon got pushed a good 1-2 seconds before the play ended since Barrett fumbled back at the LOS. What was Decker supposed to do? Wait politely for Jaylon to get back on his feet then try and block him? He did what any OL would do. If Stanley did that to someone we'd all be "too bad but Stanley has to finish his block and play through the whistle."

The play is at 18:10

Farleys reaction...

yup just so damn sad. and UNNECESSARY!

TWO blocks in the back from that POS Decker...(he chases him down after the first block in the back) how ND fans on here can side with decker and say "its part of the game" is simply beyond me.

A first round pick is just to valuable to use on an uncertainty. Even second and third rounds picks. There's not a team out there that is so loaded that they can afford to take a chance with their 1st or 2nd round picks.

I honestly missed the second shove. Yeah, Decker is kind of a douche. One in the back, it can happen when a play is full speed and you're playing hard. It's a penalty, but sometimes it can happen when players are moving around. A second shove in the back as a player is getting up? Little too far I think. It all occurred before the whistle though, so that argument doesn't hold water.

on the positive side....if there is 1 person who seems to have the internal drive, mental toughness and cerebral makeup to weather the storm....he seems to be the the one who could overcome it and is just another reason you need that education

I've read a few articles the last few days that claim Jaylon would have been the #1 player on the analyst's big board pre-injury.

I'm beginning to think a team is going to take a chance on him in the late 2nd, early 3rd. If he is 100% by the time the 2017 season begins he will be a steal.

I just don't see anyone taking a chance in the 2nd or even early 3rd round. The lower he goes, the bigger the steal. Personally, I wouldn't have a problem with the Colts taking him in the first round, because if anyone can come back from this it's Jaylon.

The second shove in the back which constitutes an illegal block? The one that happened after the whistle blew? Because they were quick to whistle the ball dead? The one that resulted in the injury?

For all those wanna be sexual partners of Decker, how can you ignore it all? Did you really only think there was one shove? Oh, my!
