I don't know that he was charged with marijuana possession. They may have initially thought it was but it sounds like it was spice from what 247 reported.

Spice is synthetic marijuana and no it does not show up on drug tests which is why so many athletes use it.What is Spice?

Its also sold everywhere legally in gas stations.

Okay, that sums it up then. Yeah I know what it is I just wasn't sure if it was legal. Never touched it but I know K2 was big when I was in HS and they banned that.

I'm all for legalizing marijuana, but to this day it still blows my mind when athletes, especially those who have NFL potential, can't just stay away from the fucking stuff. It's really not that hard.

They want what they want...NOW! Mix that with a percentage of them have been "above the law" at their respective schools and it's a recipe for this kind of thing to happen. Love that he jumped out a window...CLASSIC! Where's video when you really need it.

Why are you so excited? Dude appears to have become so paranoid off the stuff he broke through a window and attempted to cross over roof tops eventually falling 15 feet. Lets keep it a just a bit classy.

Sorry to come across as insensitive (not classy). My opinion on this is that when he saw the police cars he panicked (close relative to paranoid). I think he panicked due to what could happen to him and his career should he be caught in that situation. I could be wrong but that's what I think. Additionally, the vision of a 300lb+ guy scaling roof tops makes me laugh...can't help that.

I work for a Toxicology Lab that tests for drugs of abuse and prescribed drugs . K2/Spice/Synthetic Mar. can be tested for. It's not typically on the panel to be tested unless the it's specifically requested.

Yea, his brother covering for him is doing him no good in the long run. But I guess when you are looking at missing out on millions of dollars due to stupid decisions and the only way to hold on is through more stupid decisions, this is what you get.
