Great, there goes one of our two true game breakers. Here's hoping Fuller stays.

I know, right? It's too bad we don't have anyone else on the roster, let alone in the backfield, who can bust one...

"But it was WAKE FOREST, Bluto!!"

Ok, then maybe we should have someone that can do it against, say........... a Top Ten team?

Good luck CJ. I think he could have helped himself with one more year here. But I have faith in Adams And hopefully Folston is healthy to start the season next year. That also is a good one two punch.

Adams was going to be RB1 anyways.

It definitely makes sense for him to make the jump now...I don't see how he improves his stock tremendously with Folston returning from injury and Adams proving he should get significant touches. You don't have to be a 1st rounder to be a successful back. Plus he'd be an asset in the slot having played the position as well. He has value for sure in the mid-rounds.

Seems to me he didn't want to share the corner office we folston and Adams. Could be good news in regards to folston.

Makes perfect sense for him. The carries will be harder to come by next year than they were this year with our depth situation.

From a $ standpoint, he's better off going now. I think very highly of Prosise, but I don't think there is a way that he would play himself into the top 2 rounds next year being a 23 year old RB. He might as well just go now and get that rookie contract done with. There isn't a massive difference between being a 3rd or 5th rounder. He's got 8 seasons until he is 30. Just has to go now.

Smart move on his part. His draft stock may be at its peak, better to strike while it's hot and not leave anything to chance.

Yes. For CJ this is probably the best time. Plus he is a versatile player and can play STs and The hybrid Rb/WR like a Riddick in the NFL.

Congrats CJ and thanks for everything.

Adams 1A, Folston 1B. I hope to see Williams more.

Prosise will be drafted late 3 or early 4. He can only go up with a great combine.

Yeah. I see Adams and Folston getting 80% of the snaps and Jones and Flex picking up the others

With our depth at running back, I'm glad CJ left and wish him well in the NFL. A healthy Folston and a bigger, more experienced Josh Adams will be lethal IMO as long as the o-line can do its job. Let Dex be third string and redshirt Tony Jones so he can be a true bull dozer in 2017

I think next years RB draft class probably played a part as well. Fournette, mccaffery, cook, Chubb. BKs comments about hoping to use CJ a bunch and What actually transpired are curious, but I can't blame him if he was not right.

I hope Folston is back and at 100% for spring ball. He and Adams should be a great 1-2. Dexter will hopefully take that step forward.

Is Folston thinking of leaving because if he does leave we are going to be thin at RB

His stock is high, this is a weak draft at RB, next year's RB draft class is stupid good, and he would compete for /rotate carries with Folston and Adams next year.

I would go out if I were him as well. Situation will never be better for him to go.

It's crazy to think that CJ is going to get drafted ahead of Derrick Henry. Talk about coming out of nowhere and making the most of an opportunity

It kinda helps everyone. He is probably a late 2nd rounder or early third.

And I don't think a 3 headed monster at running back would work well here.

I think CJ is a day 3 (rd 4-7) prospect. In 2015, only 8 RBs were selected in rounds 1-3 and I think he's probably in that 7-12 range in terms of RB rankings.

Folston has been overrated for years.

After two seasons at Notre Dame, Folston had rushed for more yards (1,369 yards, 5.2 per rush) than all but three backs in program history. Only Allen Pinkett (2,037 in 1982-83), Darius Walker (1,982 in 2005-06) and current running backs coach Autry Denson (1,941 in 1995-96) rushed for more yards.

Definitely overrated.
