You have to admit he is entertaining.
Because that has to be top trait for the most important job in the world.

Nice to see Kasich fighting back. In his new campaign video:

Kasich goes after Trump with tough video | MSNBC
Trump responds as expected... just made fun of Kasich's poll numbers...

I not sure I agree. Sanders is considered a socialist because he admits to being one. Also consider that JFK proposed cutting income taxes to stimulate the economy and said "ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country." Imagine a Democratic candidate proposing to cut income taxes and making a similar statement today, he would probably be labeled a right wing fascist.
Public service is a calling which has meant so much to so many. It embodies our sense of shared values and reflects our drive to serve a cause beyond our own -- to give back to our Nation, leave our mark, and nudge history forward. There is no greater opportunity to help more people or to make a bigger difference.
That's a horrifying attack ad. First, the whole thing is a paraphrase of Martin Niemöller's "First they came..." poem. In other words, Kasich is calling Trump a Nazi. Second, each statement is a complete mischaracterization of Trump's position. Illegal immigration, for example, has nothing to do with race as the ad implies. Trump would deport white illegal immigrants right along with the Hispanic ones, it just so happens that the southern border is largely populated with Hispanics. Third, Kasich is running in the fucking REPUBLICAN primary. He's completely tone deaf, essentially running to the left of Hillary Clinton on immigration and national security. As far as attack ads go, that's a very good one.

I said the ad is shit and dishonest. That doesn't mean I think Trump is a conservative or would make a good President.Trump's views are incompatible with conservative values if conservative means limited government.
Was it a mischaracterization of Trump's views to say that he would register all Muslims? The poem's about more than the holocaust, it's about accepting injustice when it doesn't hurt you.
Harrison Ford?
(CNN)Donald Trump is once again alone at the top of the Republican field, according to the latest CNN/ORC Poll, with 36% of registered Republicans and Republican-leaning independents behind him, while his nearest competitor trails by 20 points.
Three candidates cluster behind Trump in the mid-teens, including Texas Sen. Ted Cruz at 16%, former neurosurgeon Ben Carson at 14% and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio at 12%. All other candidates have the support of less than 5% of GOP voters in the race for the Republican Party's nomination for president.
Carson (down 8 points since October), former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (down 5 points to 3%) and Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul (down 4 points to 1%) have lost the most ground since the last CNN/ORC poll, conducted in mid-October.
Cruz (up 12 points) and Trump (up 9 points) are the greatest beneficiaries of those declines. Rubio is also up slightly, gaining 4 points -- an increase within the poll's margin of sampling error -- since the last CNN/ORC poll.
...
The poll reflects Trump's dominance over the rest of the field on the issues voters deem most important to them. He holds massive margins over other Republicans as the candidate most trusted to handle the economy (at 55%, Trump stands 46 percentage points over his nearest competitor), the federal budget (51%, up 41 points), illegal immigration (48%, up 34 points), ISIS (46%, up 31 points) and foreign policy (30%, up 13 points).
Looking at those Republicans who consider each issue to be "extremely important" to their vote, Trump's standing on each issue is even stronger. Among those Republican voters who call the economy extremely important, for example, 60% say they trust Trump to handle that issue. Among immigration voters, 55% trust Trump on the issue. On foreign policy, Trump inches up to 32%, and among those who call terrorism an extremely important issue, 49% say they trust Trump most on ISIS.
Looks like the Carson surge is over, which is absolutely fantastic. Time for the pretenders to start dropping out and let the big boys play. Get Trump, Cruz, Rubio, and Christie on the same stage and we'll have an amazing debate. The renegade mogul, the firebrand hardliner, the inspirational Hispanic, and the no-nonsense governor. Brilliant.
In the national poll, you're right. But Christie just got the New Hampshire Union Leader endorsement and is surging in New Hampshire. I'd wager he wins that state and that'll give him a huge leg up in terms of fundraising and momentum.???
Carson is in 3rd place, 2 points behind Cruz and 2 points ahead of Rubio.
Christie is down with the Bush as a bottom feeder
Harrison Ford?

Why?
Because Trump is supposed to be businessman Willkie and Hillary is supposed to be the two term incumbent president that lead the US from the depths of the Great Depression into World War?
Trump/Cruz 2016. I haven't been this excited about a presidential campaign since...well ever. We're finally having real conversations on border security, our trade agenda, and a whole slew of issues that don't begin in the left wing and media defined paradigm.

Sanders' take-no-prisoners climate plan demonstrates the right kind of urgency needed to deal with the defining challenge of our time. Bravo Bernie!
Bernie Sanders Unveils Forceful Climate Change Plan, And He's Going After Big Oil
“Right now, we have an energy policy that is rigged to boost the profits of big oil companies like Exxon, BP, and Shell at the expense of average Americans,” Sanders said in a statement. “CEO’s are raking in record profits while climate change ravages our planet and our people -- all because the wealthiest industry in the history of our planet has bribed politicians into complacency in the face of climate change.”
Me likey. Hopefully Bernie can continue to grow his numbers. Where is he in the polls?

Who determined that climate change is the defining challenge of our time?
The only thing worst than Trump OR Cruz is Trump AND Cruz. Those "real conversations" have no actual substance. Trump and to a lesser degree Cruz represent the uninformed opinions of America's lowest common denominator. This ticket would virtually guarantee a Democrat in the White House, and could flip both houses of Congress in the process.
