I will stand behind the statement that this defensive roster has plenty of talent to play better than this. What do you teach on a daily basis? What are your principles to your D? Etc.

I completely agree. In two more years we will hear the same shlt about recruiting the right players. Put them in position to be successful.

As bad as Stanford's defense is they held us to field goals three times when they had to and just forced a huge three and out. Why can't our defense do that?

The good news is BVG will have a month to implement 3,873 defensive wrinkles for the players to memorize before the bowl game.
