I play zombies a lot, but I don't think I'll be getting BO3, it looks lame imo
How does that wired mono headset work that comes with the ps4? Should I just buy a wireless one when I pick up my PS4, or does that headset actually work well for online chat/play?
FIFA pick two to three young guys (academy players) to focus on, train them every week... They grow FAST, had a guy go from 49 ovr to 65 ovr in one season... Mid way through the second season he's 68... That's a ton of growth
Your base starters will grow realistically on their own...
Been playing all the new sports games. Fifa, Madden, NHL, and NBA 2k. All are decent but none seem to blow me away. I usually do an online Madden Franchise but been waiting for my couple of buddies to get some free time. Only played it for maybe an hour or two and wasn't real impressed. I like Fifa management mode but player progression is so slow that makes the whole youth scouting and developing a national team very tedious and annoying; that was always one of my favorite aspects.
Also really psyched for Halo 5 later this month, probably my favorite series of all time.
I'm actually really amped about WWE2k16... it's hard to find games that Me, my wife, and daughters all like and can play together.. in the past WWE games are one of the few and this years game actually sounds like they made a ton of good improvements/additions... I'm def getting it and look forward creating an 'acamp family universe' where we each pick a wrestler and go....
I got just one thing to say to ya.... Do you Jabronis smeall what ACamp is cookin??
I'll watch with my oldest every now and then and if we watch my wife and youngest will join us at some point... It's not nearly as good as it was during the height of the Attitude Era with Rock, HHH and Stone Cold all at their peaks... (I watched that with my college buddies/girlfriends every freaking Monday and Thursday night, and my roommate and I would be the ones buying every PPV and hosting parties, good times)... but eh, like I said there isn't much all of us enjoy together, this goes for my friends too, WWE is like the ONLY thing ALL of us share together. Most are not sports fans...
I'm pre-ordering on Friday after work, no question. My oldest and I are pumped... I'm a Rock and Edge guy, she (of course and sadly) is a John Cena girl... my wife likes Randy Orton and Triple H... the rival thing works great with us...
I saw a video this morning showing the basic components of Universe mode, is looks so much better than 14 or 15... I have high expectations, at least so far as time with my family in that mode goes...
I'll def let you know what I think after a week or so...
'Taker has been a heel at various points.Who would be your fav heel then? Aside from Rock and a couple others they are all exact carbon copies of one another...
The Rock definitely always had better mic skills, but Taker was in way more memorable matches.Takers def other level too... at everything. I will say this though, Rock took the lead heel spot right from Taker in the late 90's... shoved it straight up his candy ass.
You don't have to dislike the heel.
Who would be your fav heel then? Aside from Rock and a couple others they are all exact carbon copies of one another...
Typically a heel is the "Bad guy" that is supposed to be drawing boos/jeers from the crowd. They should have a lot of heat to compliment a face, making the face more likable. It's an odd dynamic I think when the heel is drawing cheers and laughs from the crowd, don't you think? Don't get me wrong, I'm not criticizing the Rock or anything, I was and still am a big fan (I went to see Doom and the Scorpion King movies, if that says enough). I think it was just hard to take him as a heel because I still found him likable as a character which is kind of the opposite of what a heel's role is.
As far as my favorite heels, The Million Dollar Man Ted Debiase is up there. Undertaker in the late 90s was good, he made it work despite previously being a favorite. Edge got good heat. Mr. Perfect. Ric Flair. HHH. Jericho. Macho Man /w Scary Sherri. Jake the Snake. Bobby Heenan. Piper. When I think of great heels, I think of those guys. Certainly some of them evolved into faces later in their careers as they got older, or much older in the case of Flair, but most of those guys played heels for most of their careers and were very good at it. When I think of great heels I don't think of the Rock, I think of one of the greatest baby faces of all time.
