GK do we have a count on who paid so I can reconcile to the league accordingly and assess where we are at?

I sent my fee, let me know if you got it gk.
Second thoughts on my keeper. Have Forte down but damn if Antionio Brown isn't looking juicy. #1 WR versus #4 RB. The original strategy is to have two quality backs and picking up some sleepers late. This also assumes the first 8 picks are by less adept owners (they didn't finish poorly on pure luck, right). Some surely learned RBs are important, others are oblivious star chasers doomed to repeat past mistakes and talk themselves into bad decisions.
I get the 9th and 16th picks. Regardless of which route I take, I pretty much need to pick up an RB with the #9 pick as there will surely be 3-4 taken from #10-#15 picks. #16 I will probably have the same quality WR or QB available as was there at #9.
Is our draft tomorrow night a pay league or free?
I've received money from you, Kane, Wizards, bless, shake, and irishophile . Add me that makes 7 paid 5 outstanding. Don't know who the 5 are.
You received from me also.
Side note: This is why I suggested using leaguesafe and not having one person be the treasurer. Not to impugn gk's integrity, because I'm sure he is a stand-up guy of the highest order. But he is not immune from being hit by a bus or being eaten by a tiger that escaped from the local zoo or having a mental break and spending the next 18 months in a funny farm. Point being: leaguesafe is transparent and democratic and I don't really see the advantage of having a "treasurer" for this kind of league where we don't all know each other super well IRL. I am not suggesting a change for this year, but going forward as the amounts at stake increase it might be something worth thinking about.
If we go to 10 I'd like to delay the draft. I built a draft kit based on 12.By my count we have one unpaid entrant and 2 open spots. I say whoever pays gets the last spot and we go with 10. The draft is really thin this year IMO so I think ten would be fine. Thoughts?

Sorry for repeating myself but did we decide on keeper rules?
I don't totally love it in theory but I am willing to accept it because I have good late-round keepers anyways. Remaining questions to be resolved:
1. How many keepers? 1, 2 or 3?
2. Penalty for keeping a player is round they were drafted in the prior year?
3. Do you pay a premium for keeping same player more than one year?
4. Is there a limit for how many consecutive years you can keep a player?
5. An undrafted player kept in the last round, right?
We aren't keeping players from last year? That is a bummer.
If we are voting, I vote:
1. 2
2. yes
3. yes, one round earlier every year
4. no, but eventually rule against keeping rd 1&2 picks would come into play (in conjunction with #3) (also, I move that we call these two rules taken together "the rule against fantasy perpetuities").
5. last round
In my league I got pick #3, assuming Peterson and Bell are gone, I'm leaning towards Charles. Thoughts?
