FWIW, considering we're talking about Urban Liar a little in this thread. He told Kareem Walker that if he committed he'd be the only RB they'd take and he has 3 committed. Now he's telling him they aren't RB's. Obviously he's not too happy about it and I wonder how much the other two like that. Hopefully Liam doesn't get fooled by this scumbag.

Idk how much weight it carries or how long ago he heard that, just passing it along.

He's not "all" Buckeye, or else he wouldn't be visiting, right? And even if he ends up at OSU, that doesn't mean he was all Buckeye.

Per his convo with Itish247 it sounds like the visit went very well. Really liked his time with Nelson and Bars. Also, backed away from his play right away stance. Saying a RS year could be good for him and just having a shot at playing as a sophomore is important. Sounds like HH was able to make some ground there.

To be fair he did say to Irish247 just last week that prior to the visit it was important to see how he'd fit on the field as a freshman. Obviously that doesn't have to mean it's a deciding factor but it was in his words the reason for the visit.

one thing Liam can see though is that BK and HH like to get their best 5 OL on the field so even if he's not the best LT or RT he can be tried on the interior OL too as a freshman/sophmore

I get what you're saying but there was more to the Zeke Elliot recruitment than OSU getting the last visit.

IIRC Zeke Elliott was told he was being recruited for a position other than RB (DB likely) and that is what turned him off the most. I don't think it had to do w who had the last visit.

Without hijacking Liam's thread too much it was clearly the wrong eval to say he was a DB and not RB, pretty plain and simple. Nothing wrong with saying that, nobody bats 1.000.
