Yes.Are they replacing Andrew Garfield?
Or even sooner to get him in the post-credits for Age of Ultron or Ant Man. My best guess would be that they have the casting lined up and merely finalizing the details. If so they better re-cast soon to get Spidey in Cap 3.

I'm not sure what to do with this information, but apparently Sony plans on plugging along with their Sinister Six and Venom spinoff films without any oversight from Marvel Studios or Kevin Feige. I can't imagine that Marvel would allow Sony to dilute the quality of their universe with crappy spinoffs.
I know Marvel can't stop them from happening but they can stop them from being included in their canon. And since Spidey IS in the canon now, that would break the link between Spidey and his spinoffs, which would be absurd on the part of Sony.As was the case before the Spider-Man character agreement, Marvel has no say over those items. That is unless they were part the agreement, but everything I have read and seen only refers to Spider-Man the character, not the full Spider-Man array of characters.
Message boards have been very against those films who knows, maybe they won't end up happening. Maybe they'll run into timing issues with Spidey in the MMU

Looks SICK!
Oh good. Zack Snyder is applying his utterly colorless "Zack Snyder Filter" to this film, too. Because that's what everyone thinks of when they think of comic books, right? Colorless?
He's going to do the same thing to this movie that he did to Man of Steel: try way too hard to be epic/badass/profound while completely forgetting to let the audience have any fun.

Here is my childhood being beaten down mercilessly by the gritty "realism" of adulthood, while simultaneously being made so much more awesome:
