From Rivals, interview with Vaughn but posting here because it's the hot thread:

They asked him about the numbers and if he was behind Williams, and he says no coaches said that to him. He's taking his unofficial to Vandy tomorrow, so TIFWIW.

Guy thinks ND stays in contact with him thought because he expects some drama with Dexter Williams still. No idea what that means...

Irish247, which in this case includes Wiltfong, believes we lead for both RB's and there is a chance Williams leaves today committed. However it seems more likely he waits until his In-home visit with BK to do so. Family is on board with a commitment but they say his father would like the in home with BK to seal the deal. Wiltfong thinks we have a clear lead at this point.

Both being Vaughn and Williams?

I'd like to see Alford close this deal like Booker closed the Aliz'e Jones deal.

Per Irish247, BK's in home is scheduled for Wednesday. He's unsure if he'll take the OV to A&M at this point. He's expecting other coaches in to see him this week. Loy thinks he could commit on BKs in home. In general they seem pretty confident

This is fantastic news! Though, to be fair, it wasn't too long ago the staff was feeling pretty confident about Jones and Soso haha

That would be such great news, only to be rivaled by Arrington Farrar jumping in this class and us holding onto everybody except the known likely attrition-eer.

Is it negative if it actually happened?

What does the fact that it actually happened have to do with being negative. You took a positive (that the staff feels great about where they are with Williams) and added a negative comment to it (while true, it didn't need to be there). You are almost always negative. Very few of your posts are positive in nature, and even the post that I attached this too while seeming to start positive, you felt compelled to add a negative comment to the end of it. You are a negative nancy. You find the negative in just about anything (that you post about, I have no idea how you act outside of this board).

You should pay better attention if you think most of my posts are negative. I commented on FACTS. If I had taken an ambiguous situation and CHOSE to spin it negatively, you would actually have a case. Maybe. However, what I did was highlight the positive news and instead of blindly celebrating, I decided to add the caveat that this is not the first time we've been in this situation this season at this position. Sorry I'm not sorry that has your panties in a bunch.

LOL. You wish you could get my panties in a bunch. You are a negative poster. That is the truth, you can argue against it all you want but it doesn't change the fact that you are negative. Sorry. Also, no shit things change fast in recruiting, we can be leading one day and passed the next day, just as positive things happen like that as well (Wimbush is a great example of that).

Thanks, but I don't need the lesson in how recruiting works. Nor does it really matter what kind of poster you THINK I am. But whatever makes you feel relevant I guess...

And to be fair, Loy cb'd all of those guys to ND, so of course the staff felt confident!!!

Pretty obvious if you follow the clues, but Rivals has finally said it: Vaughn was not pressured to commit at all and Dexter is the clear #1 for the staff right now.
