I really don't see him going to UNC over ND if the coaches put in the effort and actually offer him. Simply put, better school, better team, better coaching, better opportunities on the field to play.

It's not really a stretch to think we land him. Their sources are saying that he is specifically telling people it's just those two schools ND/UM at the top with him wanting to commit soon. He'll be on commit watch when he visits.

I don't really know, his recruiting coordinator at his HS sent a weird message to Loy that was different than what their original sources were saying. Apparently based on who shows the most interest he'll decide on visits between Wiscy, PSU, ND as well as others over the next few weeks. They'll know more in the next few days starting tomorrow.

If he does visit ND on the 30th, this works in ND's favor that he's visiting Wisconsin this weekend IMO.

Reason being, I would think the staff wants Justin Reid more (no info, JMO), and he's coming to ND on Jan. 24th. Wisconsin doesn't scare me, meaning if we don't get Reid, I think we can still get Farrar on the 30th.

What I'm saying is, he could be visiting places a lot worse than Wisconsin his week before ND.

Any word on if he's actually visiting ND on the 30th? Nothing official according to 247.

I believe it is still just one safety we are looking for... Staff has known for a while that McKinney wouldn't be part of the class.

Could certainly be wrong, but if we take any more than 3 more commits - ESB, Dexter, and a safety, we will be saying no to a 5th year that would/could play a big role next year.

Its Williams, ESB and 1 S at this point. The only way we push it to 4 would be if somebody like Mekhi Brown wanted in and the likelihood of that happening isn't good.
