This was his 5th year. I disagree that he needs to go, but there is a definitely a paradigm shift needed from a mental attitude standpoint. It's embarrassing to see such weak guys become prison wives 5 minutes into each game.

This is his 5th year. I'm as disgusted as any Irish fan, but I'm not ready to can the HC. Who you going to get to replace him? I can't think of a better HC candidate that would seriously consider even interviewing for the ND HC job.
