A silly thread to take people's minds of the troubles.

My new favorite Redundant Phrase: "Straight Line."

Well, it's a line. It's supposed to be straight. If it wasn't, then you'd have an arc, a squiggle, or a check mark.

Oxymoron: "Partially Full." Something is either full or it's not. As the saying goes, "you can't get a little bit pregnant."

Have fun.

Where to begin? There are so many.

One that has peeved me for years is "Taped before a live studio audience."

As opposed to a dead studio audience?

An un-dead, zombie studio audience?

"Audience" would suffice.

Six of one, half a dozen of another.
Great Depression
Cruel to be kind
Pain for pleasure
Clearly confused
Act naturally
Beautifully painful
Painfully beautiful
Deafening silence
Pretty ugly
Pretty cruel
Definitely maybe
Walking dead
Random order
Disgustingly delicious
Run slowly
Awfully delicious
Small crowd
Dark light
Light darkness
Open secret
Passive aggressive
Appear invisible
Awfully lucky

Well, that's all of them. Shut this thread down.

Ongoing Construction. Yes, the construction goes on until it is finished. It is ongoing by its very nature.

How about "sugary sweet?" As opposed to what? Salty sweet? Sugary bitter?
