A lot has already been said that I agree with, so let me add:
I hate to be that guy, but I've been saying since week 1 rankings that the committee is fucked up. I personally agree where ND is ranked (and I'll get to that). But you cannot make a legit argument for Oregon over UNDEFEATED, DEFENDING NATIONAL CHAMPS FSU. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Also, can someone explain this: Bama moved up last week while on a bye. Bama stayed out of the top 4 after beating a ranked LSU team on the road. WTF is this committee doing? Was that a "make up call" by them? And please don't get me started on Mich St. My God, have they royally fudged that up from the beginning. Seriously, I pray every night that ND gets matched up with MSU in a bowl game. They are TERRIBLE. CFB analysts have been saying all year that the B1G is a terrible conference and they'd be lucky to have one rep in the final four...Can someone explain how they have THREE teams in the top 16 with their resumes? Un-fucking-believable. MSU has been blown out TWICE this year. They have ONE win over a ranked team...Nebraska...give me a break.
As promised, back to ND. Look guys, you need to stop comparing just losses. I've been saying this since the beginning...the committee weighs wins more heavily. ND does not have a single win over a team that is ranked anywhere close to the Top 25. Hell, if it wasn't for Duke's weak schedule, they may even be ahead of ND with a win over GT. A three-loss LSU being ahead of two-loss ND is hard to swallow, but look at their schedule. They have TWO wins over ranked teams. Lets face it, ND has not done anything to prove they belong ahead of any of those teams.
