Has been talked about as a "Big Skill" athlete in old articles for defense.

With the rumblings of Luatua playing "h-back", I might finally get my wish and hazard to speculate that this guy could be the next in line for that type of player IMO.

My thoughts exactly. He looks like a legit receiving option, but he and Luatua seem to be of a separate mold than we've offered previously.

I love how all of these commits are open to looking. Just goes to show you that in today's society your word has no meaning.

Amen. I wish the NCAA would outlaw the term commitment or at least make it the same as signing your LOI.

If a player wants to tell everyone..."I'm think I'm going to School X but I'm still open" fine.

If they say, "I''m committed to School X" then all recruiting shuts down just as if thy signed a LOI. There are SOME kids out there that don't want the process. They shouldn't have to wait till NSD to get recruiters off their backs.

Or someone at least change the wording.... Instead of Commitment, which has a real meaning... let's use Hook-Up, as in... "I'm officially Hookin' Up with the University of X". When they want some new swag they should Tweet, " I ain't seein' UofX no more"

Commitment is a horrible word for this part of recruiting.

...and IF Hudson was 252 during his junior year / summer before senior year... he could end up a tackle if he's able to add the weight. Joe Staley and Eric Fischer come to mind as the same type of recruits.
