Ok the winning combination was 9-13-2.

The first person I saw post it was Ulukinatme at post 1107 .

I've gone through the thread and don't see any others with the same combination.

I do see a few that got the right numbers but not in the right order.

Can some of you please look through the thread and make sure I didn't miss an earlier post of 9-13-2 then post your verification here?

Wow that last few minutes was nuts!

Well, I've got some V-Bucks to hand out now.

I'm going to split my winnings with Tussin since he agreed to that and I think he helped find that number 13. Theres more to give out though. Let me go back through the thread.

Bob - Can we get a rationale for the other 2 numbers?

I did some serious IE stalking to try to come up with some other combos. I know a bit too much about your favorite players (Gipp, Montana, Spond), hometown teams, birthday, etc.

I would be interested too. When I realized we knew one of the numbers, and that two were odd, one even, and no repeats I quickly realized how fast the combination could be guessed with a little elbow grease. I wanted to wait for one more hint, but I figured I'd just try to pull someone in with me to cut the work in half. Needless to say, a few people I sent PM's to didn't respond. Not everyone is psychotic.

If we didn't do that I would have never made 13 the middle number.

I assumed either it was the first number because it was the first hint he gave, or that it was a date and 13 was obviously the year.

I sent PMs to 3 or 4 people. Gattaca was one, because I thought he might have the time and patience to pull it off. Tussin was one, since we both started working on the 2nd set of x-13-x together. I don't recall who the 3rd and possibly 4th people were as I had to clear my PMs after the contest. I would have sent out more, but I was too busy being an incredibly lame spammer.
