It is a five year contract, 450k a year. A slight raise over what Miami gave Treadwell.
You're mistaken, Laquon Treadwell was paid by Ole Miss.

I'm only posting from memory, but pretty sure It was 1.5 mill a yr? ND assistant's have to be pulling in 450k a year? I'd like to think!
Martin's five-year deal includes base salaries of $450,000 per year plus bonuses, athletics director David Sayler said.

Significant difference in coaches salaries at major conferences versus the others.

yeah but Diaco and UCONN are in no mans land right now vis a vis a conference affiliation long term, and he left for 1.5M per year...and Chuck "only" getting 450k?
Chuck needs a new agent...
The MAC will never pay those type of salaries and UConn is something of an exception. They want to think they're big time, but........

I wonder if GA3 would consider going there?

funny to see fans/reporters of another team get excited over guys who never really did much at ND. One man's trash I guess.
He doesn't have that option does he? He's got one year left and never RS.
As Panda said above, he could sit a year, then play. If he indeed wants to leave ND, this may be a better option than juco or going to the NFL (I mean, tryout for a team). It will be an offense he is familiar with and he will get all of the touches. I just don't see an NFL caliber player in GA3 yet, and he can improve more under Martin than in some juco program.
