It's a lot easier to recruit at USC than A&M.
To be fair, it's pretty darn easy to recruit to A&M being in Texas and giving zero craps NCAA rules.

was thinking the same thing...or maybe right before he heads out at 4:30 am friday morning (looking at you diaco!!!)
either way it's going to be interesting to see when we get it scheduled.

Per Wiltfong, things are trending our way but could take the A&M visit this weekend and Vandy the next. Ole Miss is still the leader but it's getting tight.
Ole Miss is full at LB position. Take it to the bank. Things could always change, but that's what I'm hearing and it's as solid as concrete.

***Some of you may have missed it late last night, but I posted under the Rise that Ole Miss is full at the LB spot. This is accurate info. The Rebels, as of right now, are done at linebacker. Many questions about Nyles Morgan and I knew there would be. Not sure what scenario developed, but this is very accurate and solid info. Ole Miss is full at the LB slot. I crystal balled Morgan to Notre Dame last night.
Get him on campus for the Banquet this weekend.
If that happens, I LOVE our chances.
I hate to be that guy, but what does the numbers situation look like right now? It seems like there are an odd amount of guys for so few scholarships available.
Morgan
Sykes
Hendrix
Quick
Luatua
Hill?
Schultz?
Elam?

With no transfers or medicals...
58 scholarship players + 1 for Golson
20 currently committed
Leaves 6 spots for recruits and 5th years.
I want him AND Sykes... I really hope we're willing to take both.
hmmm
so we definitely take back lombard, but who else am i missing for 5th years?
moore
hendrix
collinsworth
Agree with Hendrix (we gain little by keeping him for a fifth year). I could be ok with letting Collinsworth go too, though BK values experience obviously. Those are the other likely candidates.
But with Kelly's recent comment involving his stance on 4 scholarship QBs, Hendrix seems less likely at this point.
IMO, only Moore and Lombard should be offered a 5th year.
As for Collinsworth, I like him, but with all the depth we have at safety, I'm thinking that extra scholarship may come to better use someplace else.
and if that extra scholarship means taking both Sykes and Morgan, than I'm all for it!
