Sounds like we are still in the hunt. He had good things to say about ND ... but same was true of OU and TAMU. I guess we'll see what happens.

One side note: What role do people think a kid's high school team colors/uniforms/mascot seem to play in their college decision? Sometimes when I see kids like Dayne Crist (NDHS in Sherman Oaks, played high school football in uniforms identical to NDs) or Kizer (Central Catholic Fighthing Irish, fat shamrock on the helmet) I wonder if their strong interest in ND doesn't have something to do with a sort of subconscious impact left by wearing an ND uniform or playing for the "Fighting Irish" for four years.

Why do I bring this up here? Because Andrews went to Desert Mountain in AZ, and their uniforms look a bit like OU's or TAMU's ...

LeBron should have went to ND! :)

Forgive my Hiberno-English :)

Where i grew up it was quite common and normal to have "There does be.." in a sentence.

With an American wife and many friends/in laws of her same nationality I have to struggle to hold onto my Irishisms :)

Wow! I learned a lot from that. I book marked it. Because when you wade in to a new language, you don't necessarily get customs and usage. How is this?

Ní mór an náire seo go léir a bheith go bhfuil Béarla mar an dara teanga dóibh siúd a bhfuil cónaí orthu anseo go léir ar a saol!

Did I get that right?

yeah dude i have a buddy who studied Linguistics and Irish so she can explain the dialect way better than I can but basically its English spoken in the composition of the Irish Language, I'll PM you with more info and stuff.

haha you are saying its a great shame English is spoken as the 1st language as the 2nd language is totally better? :)

Apologies for going off topic rest of you lads.

Funny how things can change so quickly, I seriously thought Allen & Andrews would be a part of this class. Now Allen is an Aggie and we haven't heard anything about Andrews in a while as we are likely third behind A&M and OU

Oh, Andy, you make me laugh too hard! I came across this and almost busted my incision! Where do you get this stuff!

Definitely, up for and number one candidate for the most Graphically appropriate poster award 2013!

I thought we faded with him because of aTm. Seems like we could have beaten Oklahoma for him. Oh well.

The height of each of Oklahoma's WR commits: 6'5" (Todd), 6'5.5" (Mead) and 6'6" (Andrews). They also have a 6'6" TE commit.

They are probably all really around 6'4", but that's some serious height for the Sooners.
