I'd like to pick for Tennessee so we can keep this thing going

Titans select Larry Warford OG, Kentucky

My apologies everyone I've been pretty busy the last couple of days. Thanks for the making the pick, was actually who I was gonna pick anyway.

With run on QBs, essentially many of the QB teams have already filled their needs. There isnt a true franchise QB in this draft, but of the remaining prospects, Buffalo elects to risk not drafting a QB in the 2nd rd and decides to take a pass catching TE who can open up the offense and provide another dynamic... With Chandler facing injury, the Bills have lacked a TE of this caliber since Jay Riemersma. Getting a road grader in the first round and having two talented NFL caliber backs, Ertz takes the offense to the next level (which isnt saying much). Whether the Bills can get their QB of the future by trading back into the 2nd or he may shockingly be available in rd 3, is of less consequence now since Kolb can at least manage another 6 win season. Even though Ertz cant hold Eiferts jock and is clearly a 2nd tier TE, he will make a fine target for the future QB whenever he arrives in Buffalo via his white horse and shining armor -- circa 2020 more than likely

WR LB and QB all remain huge areas of need though

With their first selection in the 2nd round the Miami Dolphins select Jamar Taylor, CB, Boise State. Miami needs someone at corner opposite Grimes (if he's healthy enough to play that is). Taylor brings sub 4.4 40 speed, good quickness, decent size and has good ball skills.

Thanks for updating the 2nd round list. Everytime I attempted to copy it into the OP I got the dreaded Internal Server Error. Rhode was asking about the update as he is making the Bucs selection.

Bucs are going to take Datone Jones, DE - UCLA. Bucs are atrocious against the pass and came into the draft needing help on the front and back ends of their pass defense. They addressed the back end by taking Xavier Rhodes in the 1st, and here they take the best help available for their ailing pass rush.

Strong consideration was given to stopping Matt Elam's slide here, as he represented good value at this point in the draft. But so did Jones, and pass rusher was a bigger need.

BTW, was someone really allowed to take Tino Sunseri for the Cowboys in the first round? Not only did the Cowboys just spend an ungodly amount of money locking down their franchise QB, but Sunseri won't get drafted AT ALL in the actual draft. That makes no sense, and kind of ruins the whole thing.

Panthers got their big DT in the 1st. And they have two good options here in the 2nd. They can address S and go with Matt Elam, or they can look for the heir apparent to Steve Smith and grab WR Justin Hunter. Where to go?

Elam is more of a sure bet. Hunter can be a boom or a bust pick. Great potential, but he is raw and may never pick up the pro game. I think the Panthers really want to try and get Cam a weapon whom he can look to when Smith is gone, since LaFell is a solid #2, but not a #1. They will take a shot and grab Justin Hunter, WR from Tenn.

Sunseri to Cowboys happens when an Eagles fan drafts for the Cowboys.

We could step in an nullify the pick and give the Cowboys someone like Jesse Williams, Matt Elam, Margus Hunt or Tank Carradine?

Guard, Safety, Defensive Line.

Not many decent Guards left so i would say Matt Elam out of Florida

Elam it is. I'll update first page version. Sunseri is now available again for someone who wants a 4th round sleeper.

With the 46th pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, The St. Louis Rams select:

u7age5at.jpg

Jonathan Cyprien, Safety, Florida International University

Rams fill a BIG need with IMO the second best Safety in the draft. Cyprien is versatile (can play effectively at both safeties and can walk up in the box, and blitz extremely well), passionate and can hit like a ************.

Rams will target one of the many quality 2nd-4th Round RBs next.

This is great pick! But, he is the third best safety in this draft imo.

Cowboys select Magnus Hunt. In the mold of Ed Too Tall Jones, Hunt and his 6'8" frame end up in Dallas.
