Lincoln was fairly dry for the most part. Would have liked to have seen more about his nutty wife.

Argo had me gripped the entire movie.

one thing that movie or the history books won't mention, is Abe Lincoln shared a bed with a man for a summer. Many people claim that Abe was gay. Who would've thunk it?

I think Lincoln will win it, but I would vote for Django Unchained of the ones I saw.

In 1994 the federal government was pushing an assault weapons ban and whatnot and criticism of violence in movies was widespread and it cost Pulp Fiction the Best Picture. I think history has repeated itself for Tarantino.

Daniel Day-Lewis has Best Actor wrapped up. His performance was INCREDIBLE.

But you knew the ending? :)

I knew the ending of Lincoln as well. Haha. But being a Canadian I had vested interest in the picture. Because, if you don't know already, Canada rocks.

I see the conspiracy now. Its not about gun control at all or the NRA! Its simply to withhold Oscars from Tarantino! HOW COULD WE BE SO BLIND!

Life of Pi wins Special Effects over The Hobbit?! GTFO.

All of those movies had incredible effects though. CGI is absurd these days.

I can't stand musicals. They give me a headache.
